I gotta be honest, my G35 handles the curves real nice. Feels super planted. But, could be the sport tuned suspension from factory, and the RAS combined in the 2006. Not saying I wouldn't love to get this strut bar and see if it will tighten it up even more! Always room for improvement. Good video, love your energy man 👊👊
I put one on a Honda Accord and it def helped alot the car seemed to dart into corners alot better almost feels like your not turning if that makes sense..I currently have a 94 integra that already has the front bar now I'm going to put a rear one and see how that goes...👍. .(sport )mine did but I'm hoping to smooth it out with the rebound on the coilovers..it's all on what tires u gonna be running as well to u know .....that is on front and rear bars on d2 racing coilovers I'm running btw..
What makes a bigger difference in cornering stiffness, lowering your suspension or installing a strut bar? My suspension is lowered, and I have a plenum spacer Installed. I would need to remove the spacer to get a strut bar to fit over my engine, but that would sacrifice about 5-7 horsepower. Is it worth removing my plenum spacer for the strut bar to fit if my 06’ G35 is already lowered?
Sway bars make a bigger difference for sure, specially if you want it to dart into corners and reduce understeer a stiffer rear sway bar will help a lot.
Great video. I only wish you would've posted speeds from before and after. Let's say you gain 3-5 mph in corners. Instead of 25 you can push to 28 or so. Would've been interesting to see

@@alvarotoledo3696 I impacted that bitch home and that bent the brackets a tiny bit to where it sits now. The trick is to not fully seat it on either end and instead seat it half way on both then slowly tighten each side going back and forth till they thread enough then impact the rest of the way
@@Desert_juanito I can’t get the threads in the bracket holes without taking off the strut bar. Once the sit even a bit the bar doesn’t align with the bracket holes.

Tbh probably not
Sway bars make a bigger difference for sure, specially if you want it to dart into corners and reduce understeer a stiffer rear sway bar will help a lot.

What mph did you go into the corners? Then how much faster did you go after strut was installed?
About 3-5 mph faster with bar
Did you have issues with the bar being too short ? I just got mine and I can’t fully seat the mounts as they don’t reach comfortably
I’m having the same issue. With getting the passenger side to sit on the bolts. Did you have to bend anything?
