West Side Place has most residential space finished In February 2022 The AIN Dubai opened in October of 2021, but seems to be temporarily closed as of September 2022. It has been temporarily closed since around May 2022 for renovations. The Grand Egyptian Museum is not finished as of September 2022, but is estimated to be finished by November. DJI Headquarters doesn’t seem to be finished yet. It was hard to find information for this one. One Za’abeel had living space up for sale in June 2022. Riyadh Metro is not yet finished, but expected to be completed Spring 2022.

Actually it's a big problem for the region because the factory will be placed in a water protection area and can harm the whole fresh water for the people living there. Further the region itself had problems with fresh water the last years and a water consuming production like batteries won't help

80,000 seats would not be 5th largest in the world, theres like 8 college stadiums with over 100,000 in the US alone.
Stadiums for Football(Soccer) are built different with roofs and 100m x 100m (can be a lil bit larger) field. So you can´t really compare
