There's A Pro-Captivity Movie Coming Out In Japan

We are sad to see that Taiji is now pushing a film that will promote the dolphinarium industry throughout Japan. Young and popular Japanese actors will star as dolphin trainers at Taiji's infamous #TaijiWhaleMuseum, glorifying careers as dolphin trainers and the aquarium. Most people in Japan have no idea about the brutal truth of how these animals are obtained. There is an incredible amount of love for animals throughout Japan that is being exploited by dolphinariums, but that same love could most certainly bring an end to them if the people were exposed to the reality behind these dolphin shows.⠀

How about instead of perpetuating a lie, they show the truth for once.. How the dolphins suffer for selfishness and greed.. How they are cruelly treated in captivity to bend their wills.. And how about showing what really goes on under the tarps in the Cove.. When the trainers simultaneously work alongside the hunters as families are being decimated and destroyed.. as babies are ripped from their mothers and forced to watch as their mothers are brutally slaughtered, as their family members not deemed pretty enough for the captive industry have their lives violently ended.. How about they show how they dump babies back out at sea minus any adults to protect and nurture them, leaving them to fend for themselves in essence sentencing these wee ones to a lengthy and cruel death.. How about they tell it how it really is!!! Taiji is hell for dolphins.. Captivity is HELL for dolphins!!

Follow Dolphin Project. They document the yearly hunts. You will see capture selection, slaughters and dumpings. With the tarps up to cover the actual slaughter its not possible to clearly videotape how it happens anymore. But they do have previous documentation of the killings.

This is horrible but why do the Dolphins keep coming back to The Cove or anywhere near it to be dumped in there to get caught that's what I don't understand because according to what I read the orcas in Puget Sound no longer go to the Puget Sound because they get caught there

The dolphins that pass by Japan are following their ancient migratory paths. No, the Southern Resident killer whales still visit puget sound. Not as often anymore due to lack of salmon, it has nothing to do with previous captures. They know they are safe now.

I believe it comes out over the next few weeks throughout Japan but not too sure when or if it will be distributed outside the country.
