The bills, like water and electricity are separate from the rent. You will be required to pay your rent monthly and also your bills for the month.
A really important step is, to find a house, you most likely have to be already there. Been trying for 4 months to rent a place before I move but with no luck....will have to waste time, energy and money in an air bnb.
