Imo if Zen wins worlds with Vitality, he'll be in the Top 3 in the GOAT debate, though I still hold the longevity of Turbo's 4 Worlds titles and Kaydops 6 Worlds Grand Final streak ahead. He's only been in the RLCS for two months and has won more than the majority of pro players, and is performing at the highest level we've ever seen, but to be the GOAT you have to look at everything youve achieved in your career. 4 Pre-Circuit Worlds > 1 Major. He doesnt need to win that many worlds to pass Turbo/Kaydop, as Circuit Era RL is different gravy.

If Vitality wore the American flag, the crowd would cheer for Vitality. All of a sudden, Vitality went from being the villains who destroyed America’s last hope in GENG, to becoming the pride of NA

it’s absolutely insane the way this game has grown, not only in audience, but gameplay as well. and that the game was made with no intention of it becoming what it is now. rocket league is really it’s own life form.
i meant more so the discovery of mechanics within the game, like flip resets, that completely transformed the game. the creativity and curiosity of the players are more responsible for the evolution to the current play style than the original developers of SARPBC could have ever imagined.

I think he means mechanics that are so essential now, but which were not consciously thought of (presumably) at the time of development like flip resets and wave dashes.
