Lawine and Kanne are in that kind of relationship. The fighting is the way they flirt with each other.
Not gonna lie, that steak that Frieren was eating was huge. This episode was just as beautifully animated as pretty much every episode of this anime series.
You're not the only one who gets at least mixed signals about Kanne and Lawine.
Every time Fern gets angry, her weight goes up a bit. Once she gets married (speculation) to Stark, she would be a chubby momma.
7:57 “Himmel ordered the exact same thing Stark did.” Or the other way around… because earlier, Frieren recommended it to him. It could be Ruf Omelettes, which Himmel told Frieren back in the flashback in episode 3.
I would go for the steaks first too. ^_^

Why would they take the chef's knife? I mean, did you see that thing? It was like the level 8 upgraded version of a chef's knife in a Dynasty Warriors game. It might actually have been the fanciest-looking weapon in this entire anime.
Also, Kanne and Lawine are totally a couple. They just haven't figured it out yet. The constant fighting is evidence FOR that, not against it. 😁

I read a theory recently, that Frieren is sleepy more often because the strain she puts on herself by constantly suppressing her mana.
So maybe it's the same with her eating habits lol
Both, food and people, always disappear from Frieren´s life and that is the reason why she is so cold. So i like to think that, when she says "it tastes even better than before" it was also about her current life with fern and stark. Her time with the party was awesome, but right now it is even better, just like the food there.
About the knocking door thing, in my case, I feel bad already for disturbing, so screaming won't help the situation to improve so i can relate with fern there xD
Gotta say, I was not expecting Frieren to order a literal mountain of meat lol. It looked delicious, but that's just... so much meat with no side dishes at all. I wonder if that's an actual dish the restaurant serves or if she specifically ordered "extra extra EXTRA steak".
Before I watch the actual reaction: Watching you drink your mango smoothie out of a metal straw made my teeth hurt XO
