Friend don’t worry bout this heavy load I carry, don’t be concerned if it brings me to my knees, for I know a place where all my loads will lighten, I’ll be alright as soon as I touch Calvery
If I'm understanding correctly, preacher, you're saying that Kohath, the son of Levi, started carrying the burden of the Tabernacle, and then his son and grandson continued this duty. However, this timeline doesn't add up. Kohath had already passed away before Moses even led the people into the wilderness. To put it another way, the idea that Kohath carried the burden of the Tabernacle doesn't make sense because he was long dead by that time. This also applies to Kohath's son, Izhar, the father of Korah. Koreh, also known as Korah, was actually a cousin of Moses and lived during the same period as Moses. His father, and Moses’ uncle would have long been dead. To then use this as an analogy as to why you Pentecostals should continue to “bear the weight” of your Holiness because it is your legacy is outright wrong. Good observation however in pointing out the task they had with carrying the Holy things of the temple. Makes you wonder how did he incite a rebellion considering how close he was to the presence of God, by carrying the Holy things. However, he was both a first generation “believer” and rebellious instigator. But he was definitely not alone in carrying a load… don’t forget they were in the desert after all.
