I made this icing with your two-minute mug cake last night. I just put the allulose in my Magic Bullet and let it run for a minute and voila! Powdered allulose. My icing came out beautifully smooth and creamy.
Victoria, I make keto candy with Allulose all the time. You can actually melt Allulose, just like regular sugar without liquid. As it melts smooth, it will go from white to a clear.

this is called Russian buttercream. Nice job making it sugar free! You can also use that Keto sweetened condensed milk to make ice cream with whipped cream.
Hi Victoria. I was wondering if you have ever baked with Lupin flour as a substitute flour. I have used your almond flour recipe and it works for some things, however my taste buds must be very attuned to almond flavor of almond flour because everything I make tastes strongly like almonds to me. Sometimes the almond flavor doesn't work for things I want to make, not to mention when I use it as a breading for frying it REALLY browns to fast every time I try to fry something. :( Any tips on avoiding this or info on Lupin flour would be greatly appreciated. I have the Bamboo flour on Amazon on backorder. It won't be here til August. :( I did have a question as to whether or not it has any taste to it. Thanks so much. Swerve is basically flavored erythritol but theirs is cooling. Lakanto is least cooling and mixed with allulose it’s ZERO cooling so maybe swerve mixed with allulose could definitely help coverup the cooling effect at 50:50

Hey Victoria I have a question! Is there anything you know of currently for a keto version of Grits? Something that is creamy texture like that and can be paired savory or sweet? Thank you so much for the tip on Miracle/Shirataki products as I found a brand I like for pasta substitute (Skinny). Still looming for a "rice" experience that cuts it though lol. Miracle noodles are great for regular pasta and sauce experience but not as a rice experience(to me). I did try Palm Rice too, its atleast better than miracle rice for the texture. Thanks for all you do for us!
The cupcakes is good, but sunk in after you pulled them out of the oven. Is that suppose to do that? The frosting is very butter, is that suppose to taste like butter?
Also i have been making these amazing ANZAC biscuits and putting butter cream in the middle sadly i made a mistake and i curdle the mixture . Would you like my anzac biscuit recipe . As I am from New Zealand . Anzac biscuits are special New Zealand and Australia as during the war both our countries help defended countries of enemy invasion and Anzac biscuits were made and sent over to the soldiers as they lasted for months and months to a year and longer and they are so tasty . There is a Keto version 🥰

Sorry the bamboo fiber will be so late but once u try that flour you will never try lupin again. And yes I tried lupin. Definitely bad tasting

Yes and no… 1 cup is 80 grams. So if the old recipe says 2 cup the u need 160 grams. There is some math involved
If you keep going you will make Carmel or like keto evaporated milk - I use that on everything
