You don’t waste time by telling us “make sure like and subscribe and buy merch and blah blah blah.” You get to the realistic point of the topic. You give helpful real life examples and suggestions so that we can better our own lives and you put it up online for free. You’re a genuinely good person and I hope you are proud of yourself for the good you do 😊

I do oat milk and left over oat pulp I mix with banana and raisins and make oat bites, or I put in smoothies as a bulk or just warm up and eat. Definitely going to try making almond milk this week! I love making own cause I know there no chemicals it’s all pure and natural
I used to by well know alternative milk brands and they would always have sunflower oil in them gross not healthy

One thing to mention: if you soak your almonds (or any nuts) and discard the soaking water prior to blending with fresh water, it will reduce the enzyme inhibitors in the nuts and make it easier to digest.
