Hi Dale, I Love this. I have learned so much from your videos. You are an amazing teacher. Your videos are quick and filled with so much inspiration. I look forward to watching every week.❤️
Where can I get the silk roving to make the silk paper? I enjoy your channel and your creativity. Twin needling with glitter thread...what size of twin need do you use so the sparkly thread doesn't shred out? Thanks.
well we sell it - www.thethreadstudio.com/catalogue/fibre/fibre1.htm and I use Schmetz needles 130 N system and never have any problems - thanks for watching cheers Dale
Love your presentation. One quick question- when you say 50/50 do you mean you add water to the medium or add medium full strength to wet fiber? I ordered the medium to give it a go.
Dale, I discovered your channel a few months ago, and by now, I think I have watched all of your videos. I am astonished at your artistic ideas. You are very talented indeed! Can I say, in the kindest possible way, you only have just over a thousand subscribers and I suspect that it has to do with the presentation. Your microphone is not good and you can hardly be heard and the camera work is very shakey and fast, making it difficult to see what you are presenting. I for one would love to take a much longer look at the process and your samples. Talking over the top of the sewing machine or embellisher is not good either. If you had some help with this aspect of your channel, I reckon it would explode with subscribers. People want to see your work!! Please don't sell yourself short. Your work is truly wonderful and deserves a bigger stage. Please don't hate me for saying this. I really do love your work. Kind regards, Marie x
Thanks Marie - I understand what you are saying and appreciate your comments but my little videos are only meant to be a quick run and certainly not professional - if people like them - well that is good - sometimes natural these days is okay - enjoy
