@MehranDadbeh sir, I am 18. Suffering from Hocd for 3 months. Now i feel no anxiety but a constant fear of getting attracted to boys. I am getting attractive to those whom i never found attractive. I've lost attraction to girls which makes me more anxious. Physical sensations and sexual thoughts are killing me. I don't want to be gay or bi but my mind is continuously saying you are gay. Then you may chose top be slave to your desire and never be free and keep chasing your desires. Is that more convenient and practical. If so then great and if not then understanding this makes you not think of the girl as the only one or the anomaly to your happiness and you will be able to handle when she is not available and not be bound by having her otherwise end up unhappy because of thinking she is the answer and no other woman will be sufficient. Desire is what makes you think she is all that otherwise what you seek can be provided by other woman. This is the point.

@@MehranDadbeh I can say that: I am happy when I fulfull my desires and I dont feel like a slave when I do, without a shadow o a doubt.....the real problem is that we never get exactly what we want in life even if that is a moderated and not ungrounded desire( aka I would not say I want a laborkini and excpect to get, that is delusional), but within a logical margin...How in the fck would someone say that he/she is appreciative of life when that never (not even once) happens....I like to say sometimes that God would rather allow an explosion of our Sympan rather that allow us to be happy at least once in our miserable lives before we die....just my take pal...

@@user-hu7te6uc7j you forgot that it is not just up to one side and to expect that you should always be able to pleasure your desire and that it is up to your side only then you are neglecting the facts of life and actuality which is the woman may chose differently and would not wish to chose to be the instrument of your happiness to fulfil your desire and is more interested to fulfill her own desire which in some cases may be not to chose you then you need to rely on what the video is sharing so you maybe able to move on to in deed find your happiness with someone else and not to get stuck i. Emotional damage or hardship and suffer , loosing your composure in life and ability to function. As you need to. But hey it is always your choice and your decision to think and act and chose the mood that suits your philosophy in life best.
