Owning all Rolex Sports Models, the Bruce Wayne on Jubilee is my favorite watch, sporty but also elegant I actually do not need my DJ 41 anymore (but of course I keep it).
I’ve had all, the GRNR is the nicest to me. It’s understated elegance, and works well for a vacation piece when you only want one watch and may need to go from the beach, to the boardroom. Jubilee is preferred for GMT. The reason now glidelock, is because the Sub, and Sea Dwellers are designed for diving, the glidelock allows you to adjust for over a wet suit.
Fantastic video, great shots 👏🏻👏🏻.. I have both Pepsi and Bruce Wayne in my collection along with the sub, I’d say there is space to keep both in the collection as they offer very different wear experiences for different occasions.
Two different looks however the “Bruce Wayne” looks and feels much better with the jubilee bracelet. The Pepsi is iconic and also beautiful but the Bruce Wayne in Jubilee is better as a daily wearer in my opinion. I’ve had the Pepsi in Jubilee and enjoyed it for a few months and then sold it at the pick of the market and I literarily just bought the Bruce Wayne in jubilee and I absolutely love it. I’m on track to get another Pepsi from one of my ADs so I’m not too worried about it.
I’ve had so many diffent models. But never a jubilee. My Bruce Wayne just came in jubilee but seeing this. Makes me jealous. Im wearing mine tonight !😊
The top and bottom of it is``` this watch only excels on the jubilee. The mono chrome compliments the light changes and reflections of the jubilee bracelet. This watch is a sophisticated gmt, and a more interesting submariner date. It’s basically your one and done .
I prefer the Bruce Wayne especially for a one watch collection. That being said, it would be super hard to decide between keeping and getting rid of the Pepsi and the BW. The Pepsi specifically because how iconic it is. I’d probably cash the Pepsi out because it’s worth more and I like the BW better on the oyster anyways.
Great video and recap on this reference. I have the BLNR and it also turns into an all black bezel in certain light conditions. I'm assuming the Pepsi doesn't and hence you found that to be novel with the GRNR. I personally don't think there is any room in the collection for a GRNR and BLNR but definitely room with the Pepsi. If I was in the market for a Sub I would def choose the GRNR over the Sub. I had the 41 and it was just too bulky and the clasp was too large. I'm personally in a standstill with my collection and focusing on getting a jubliee bracelet with my BLNR to have some nice variety.
You are spot on. The Pepsi when you take it outside doesn’t disappoint under most conditions the contrast is there. The GRNR just feels like a sub. Thanks for the comment 👍
@@RedDotWatches This video ironically highlights how awesome the Pepsi is. The pop of color is just amazing on the BLNR and I'm sure the Pepsi is even better.
Thanks for sharing. I love the current GMT case and it wears on my wrist and my goal is collect them all. I do prefer the jubilee bracelet when available over the oyster, mostly for comfort and some consideration because I'm neutral on the polished center links of the oyster bracelet.
The GMT is one of those references you can collect and go deep with. But I’ve found a sense of guilt when I have redundancy within the collection and some pieces get left behind. Thanks for the comment, which GMT is your favourite then?
Of what I own, it has to be the 126713grnr two-tone Rolesor "Bumblebee". Again, love the comfort of the jubilee bracelet, the hints of yellow gold are nicely balanced with the stainless steel mix.
Longtime watcher, and subscriber here. Nice new GMT Master! We basically have the same sized wrist. By any chance, do you generally remove one link for either jubilee or oyster bracelet. Both my 41mm sub's have one link removed, while my BLRO on jubilee has one link removed as well.
@@RedDotWatches Very cool! Thanks for your reply. That being said with your glidelock, how many notches or grooves do you see when wearing comfortably. As for me 3 when it's cold, 4-5 when it's humid at times. I'm thinking of adding back the one oyster link. Ever been in this situation?
Why hasn’t Rolex fixed those ridiculous looking fat supercase lugs on the GMT like they did on the submariner? That alone would keep me from buying one. The 41mm sub looks so much nicer.
After owning the Pepsi, Batman & sprite, I would like to say that this is the most beautiful and elegant GMT.
IT WILL BE FOR A MONTH THEN YOU WILL GO BACK TO ONE OF THE OTHERS
Its the truth what i said were all not happy with just one thing its back and fourth human nature

It’s certainly the best daily wearer of them all in my opinion. The Bruce Wayne in jubilee that is.

Thanks a lot. I like that you really wear these watches instead of putting them into a safe.
For someone that doesn’t enjoy Pepsi and Batman too much, this is a perfect GMT for me, and probably easier to get at retail
Yes especially on the oyster it will be the least coveted I would suspect. Enjoy it in good health!
extremely difficult to pick up unfortunatly

Since I purchased the sub, when I received the option for my Batman to be put on a Jubilee or Oyster, I opted for the Jubilee.
“Nuance, only for the owner to enjoy” 💯
I have never longed for a Batman and even less for a Pepsi but this reference is actually on my radar.

Great Choice keeping the Pepsi !. Thanks for sharing
Nice watch. Personally, I prefer it on the jubilee however. Not keen on polished centre links on the oyster.

Pepsi 💯 to stay collection too. I did both LN and GRNR, cool but no sparks
I want this Oyster GRNR so bad. So hard to get one now.
I would keep the Pepsi too!
NEED TO SELL ALL OF THEM NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!BRFORE ITS TOO LATE
how did you get it in AD? hehe been trying this for ages
Put the sub bracelet on the GMT
Great video as always. Thank you!
I always have my centre links brushed.
You´re absolutely right. I do the same!

Not enough contrast on the bezel
Agreed 💯
I prefer the jubilee

Yes only 1 link for both models, we wear the same sizing 🤘🏻

My sub bracelet has a screw loose and it needs a service badly. Once in back in rotation i’ll let you know 👍
This is beautiful 😊🎉
Thank you! 😊
I saw that in an AD but can’t work out why it’s priced more than the Batman
I didn’t know that. That’s hard to rationalise besides Rolex squeezing more coin out of us 😅
@ ooops my mistake. I just checked and it’s the same price as the Batman and Pepsi
Nice watch but a little dull compared to the other coloured variations. I prefer the jubilee now!!
Rolex please please brush the gmt bracelet. It doesn’t need to be so shiny. Remember your roots.
Pepsi and all black gmt for me. It's just my opinion; but this is a boardroom decision.
Jubilee is the correct option for GMT Master 2. Oyster make this look too much like a Sub and boring.
"Associated with the pepsi & jubilee variant " What???
So you disagree that there is hype associated with either?
LISTEN UP!!!At 1:03 you are desk diving that poor watch. What are you doing!!!!!!!!
why do you have 839 subs? you should have waaaaayy more
I have a day job and family so I don’t produce enough vids 🙏 but thank you for the encouragement!
@ i do know what yo mean, same circumstances but i had the pandemic to kickstart the channel now i have 5k but now i post once or twice a month.

This is the same watch as the older discontinued gmt green arrow except it's grey, youpi de do da.
Different movement too!
One thing I will always hate about the watch community are these stupid watch nicknames.
agree the Pepsi is way better.
Get a batgirl and forget about anything else
huh since when it's called Bruce Wayne =)))
It's ugly. Pepsi all the way.
#MaMaCoo 's watch really surprises me!
This is one of the most boring Rolex released 🥱
