I was shocked to watch Guido just looking at you when the branch broke and not checking on you. Yes you told him to warn you but that was after the fact and he should have automatically gone to you to make sure you were alright. None-the-less, the vlog was well done!
Girl it's like I'm watching a beautiful perfect movie every week! I can't thank you enough for sharing all the beauty of the world and giving us all hope, dream and inspiration. You have no idea what a difference you make in my life. I am not good with words but I hope you can feel my heart.
You are a very strong woman and it is very inspirational to watch your weekly videos, to be strong is to be independent. However, I spent a lot of energy being a lot like you. By the time one is middle aged, we take an accounting of life as we look foreword and see less time than when we look backward. What we see can only be judged by ourselves, the one who witnesses our life, we invite; our middle ages are less about pandering. I suspect in the future you might want a hand at some moment to be all that you are, therefore, when we fall-our beloved needs to run to us, because time steals the ability to constantly carry someone. Your renovations are beautiful, congratulations. Your filming is extraordinary and we must all remember that there is no team behind you editing, Brava!
I am in awe. When you mentioned that you wanted a path down the side of the hill, it didnt occur to me that work wouldnt be done by some workmen. And then............you started making a staircase down the side of the hill. You and your dad could renovate that whole farm by yourselves and the pig pens too. I cant wait for the next episode. Im a little sad your parents are leaving.
I'm glad you took my suggestion about only painting the perimeter of the tiles. I know that it will have a subtle beauty. So, sorry you fell on the ground when Guido jumped on that tree branch. That was totally unexpected to watch. Glad you are still young enough to bounce back from a fall like that and didn't get any bruises. Poor baby. Love watching your life at the Villa. Much love, Charleen from Arizona.
Hello Kylie, I've recently discovered your channel and am loving it, you have the most divine taste and I adore your tiles with the roses. I was so concerned about you when you fell and was worried that Guido didn't come instantly to your aid and kiss you better. I do hope you are recovered and without any scratches or bruises. xoxo
We will all miss your parents! They are amazing workers and creators we now know where you got it from! Love the stencil I have never been a fan of florals but this looks more botanical which is what I love too!
Hi Kylie. My Dad began snaking trees out of the woods in North Carolina with the help of a mule, when he was 8 years old back in the 40’s. He was paid 5 cents a day. When we were young, he taught us how to split wood safely and effectively. We had a blast too! When you hold your axe, keep your dominant hand firmly towards the end of the handle. Your non-dominant hand should be towards the axe head. When you begin your swing your non-dominant hand should slide down the axe handle towards your dominant hand. It helps with leverage and makes it much easier to chop.
I always say you are an amazing woman. You create beauty & your movies are so serene, peaceful & filled with life's lessons. I sure will miss your parents as well. They were great help & I now know where you get your talent & craftsmanship & determination to the finish line. I send you & Guido much love & light. Stay safe.❤🥰🌹🌺💐

Beautiful film, full of inspiration and you make SUCH a fantastic team. There's an old English saying 'Wood Warms You Twice' - once when you cut and chop it and again when you burn it. Your Mum is amazing - stacking all that wood up and your dad is so clever. Can't wait for the big bathroom reveal and so so pleased you went the Rose Route xx
I am impressed from the hard work you both put into the property. I grew up in a village and I know how difficult is getting wood from forest and than cutting with and putting it in dry place. That is the hardest way to get wood - love that you are collecting already dead trees.
the views of the tuscan countryside makes me feel like i am transported into paradise. i can see why you incorporate elements of nature into the home you’re creating. the two spaces should compliment one another. it’s so refreshing to see you and guido breath new life into the farm instead of letting it go to someone else or letting it fall a part. i am used to farmers selling their farms here in america (for many different reasons) which i wish wasn’t happening. but watching your videos is inspiring and refreshing!
Oh! Guido, be careful when working around your Bride!!! You surely can work Kylie! Amazing work inside and out.Your parents are awesome how they have been helping you with all the work on the property! You will surely miss them! Enjoy your weekend! 👍😘
You are both always so busy with projects! To be expected in such a large, old place. No wonder you look so beautiful,Kylie. All that fresh, Tuscan air and physical labor! Tiles looking charming.Aww,sad ur parents are leaving..They are wonderful! Guido is a sweetheart.Adores you! I just want to receive a big hug from him.Teddy bear.
Kylie... you are just a great soul, thinker and thank you for showing life through your eyes. Guido, pls help your wife next time she falls. Just rush to give her a helping hand.
The bathroom looks very clean, elegant, and very very beautiful. Congratulations, you have accomplished your dream. Bless you all!!! You are a jewel and so are your parents. They are absolutely fantastic.
🌹Oh my, but the light is simply too glorious! How can you tear your eyes away 👀? The family that stacks 🪵 wood together in the 🌚 stays together , as the saying goes😄 Such a beautiful episode...I was holding my breath when you removed that first stencil , you have created something lasting and special for years to come. Bless you Kylie, you really are a fabulous and unique individual 💕

Kylie your videos are very calming to watch. During this pandemic they have helped keep the mind sane for sure. Be careful, I have a few friends whom have broken limbs these last few weeks in the weirdest ways. You are young and can bounce back but broken bones are so difficult to heal.
Oh, Kylie, Everything you do is extraordinary and beautiful. I watched the movie with Diane Lane and she bought a Villa in Tuscany for a moment it felt like I was watching Under the Tuscan Sun how beautiful you and Guido's home is. Lots of work! You're going to miss your mum and dad. I hope they come back again. I can't wait to see the bathroom I was hoping for this week. I love how the ceiling looks but the bathroom stencil WOW! How that turned out is a Big WOW good choice.
White roses on a bed of green. Floating down a mossy sheen. Sprung to life by artistry. A bathroom with a floral sea. To relish beauty‘s magic spell. But will it last ? No one can tell. Thank you for yet another wonderful episode reflecting your immense talent, enduring enthusiasm and inspiring ideas. 😚
You have no idea how much your films help me to dream...they are so inspiring, peaceful and relaxing...and also your taste makes them super aesthetically pleasing and beautiful to Watch! I, like you, have this love for beautiful things...🦋💐 Love u Kylie and thank you so much 💕 kisses to you and Guido from Marche 🇮🇹
It’s been a week since I started binge watching all your videos starting with the first one! What an amazing adventure you lived! Such an adventure for me to watch…you are so talented, beautiful and loved!
Glad you have found this channel. It was so wonderful to watch all of these the past 2 years while the world was/is in such turmoil. These videos are a wonderful escape. Welcome to paradise Simona 🥰
It is hard work to keep up with a farm... but you both make it look real, hard, but rewarding, exausting at times, but the result and the joy are overwhelming, a reward in itself! God bless!
YAY, the bathroom is coming along so nicely!👍Working on renovating & looking after the farm takes many hours & a variety of skills.. It's great that you & Guido, your mum & your dad, have many talents & skills to keep everything creatively ticking along. Enjoyed watching, thanks for sharing, Kylie. xx
You have done a beautiful job on your tiles. It looks amazing. How much fun to paint and design your trim. I am sorry to see your parents leave, I am sure you will miss them. They are amazing, such hard workers and so much fun. Thank you.
Working in the outdoors harvesting and managing nature's life sources is work and requires grit and it is an opportunity to experience personal worth. We learn much about others and self when placed in the outdoors. Guido's family estate is so dreamy. So beautiful with the views and the building structures that tell there own story, so European and so perfect of a back drop for the spirit of Kyle. Kyle's father has beautiful carpentry skills and Kyle's mother is much like Kyle in willingness to preserve the integrity of all around her. Love the back ground music.
Your beautiful news of Italy and the life there... Inspires me no end... One day I will fulfill my dreams to learn to cook at winter school in Tuscany and learn that magical romance language that you speak so beautifully.. Grazie mille... Panting for more of your news👏
Kylie...I've watched your program for many weeks and I have now realized why I look forward each week to you publishing your latest program. I have realized that you are a "story teller" who's professional skill set is so perfectly aligned with your idea for a great program that it has attracted a half of a MILLION people!...Just think about that number for a moment...250 thousand subscribers!...Congratulations! What differentiates your program from others is that it's not about YOU, it's about you...it's about everyday life of a person with a purpose in Japan, France, Italy...and now you have Guido and family as co-stars. Again, Congratulations Kylie. Already looking forward to your program next week.
Kylie you are living my dream. I love your passion for the simple life but most importantly you always have so much love to share with everyone. Thank you for sharing your life with wonderful life with me.❤️❤️🙏
Tart cherry trees are self pollinating but sweet cherry trees generally require planting of a different varietal in order for best yield. Hope this is helpful. Safe journey to your parents. TYFS, stay safe and healthy everyone
As the snow falls all day here in upstate New York, I am warmed by watching this episode with all its Italian beauty, family love and cooperation. Buon lavoro! Thank you so much... Stephanie S
Hello! Sorry if its coming in a bit late. I think what matters more than variety is the male/female parts of flowers. To bare fruits there must be a male and female flower. Some like the apricot, probably have both male and female parts on the same flowers. My boyfriend's parents have singular cherry tree and it bares fruit every year because the flowers have both male and female parts. Hoipe this helps!
Kylie you are amazing and Guido such a beautiful and appreciative man. You make such a lovely couple made for each other. Your photography is stunning. It always take my breath away. I love the stencil work in the bathroom. Your parents are wonderful and you will miss them so much when they return home. I held my breath when you fell, I pray you didn’t suffer much afterwards as that fall would have rocked me quite a bit. I will miss seeing your parents and think they are so good and kind. They have done so much along with you and Guido . Every time you look around you’ll be filled with great memories on all that has been done with your parents. Thank you for sharing your beautiful life and country. ❤️❤️💋🙏🤗
I find that this video is filled with love, affection, warmth, mutual aid, communication. Between passionate and calm people there is good complicity and creative works. I admire all the values that transpire in this video.
The GiSelA varieties sold in Europe is are small Cherry trees grown by farmers for fruit picking. The wild variety will grow too large to pick the fruits.
Amazing Kylie, I love the stencil. The cabinet is a treasure. Your parents are Wonderful I see where you get your work ethic. Take a day off once in a while to breath!!
Beautiful moments spent with you both, filled with laughter, smiles, working and playing as you go. Love what you have done in the bathroom and can’t wait to see the finished reveal! Many blessings to you both.
I found your channel a few days ago,and I just fell in love with it. I had to watch all the episodes that day!!! All of them have beautiful pictures in it, I enjoy soooo much. Please continue your channel for a very long time!
This video brought back lots of good memories for me. When I was racing my family on 135 acres in hilly Wisconsin we always cut and burnt wood. We always joke that when you burn wood you got warm twice once cutting stacking hauling and then again when you burnt it. You two are very hard workers it sure reminds me of my life growing up but on a much smaller scale
A good call on the bathroom tiles and it already looks amazing. So good to see more sunshine as it's still dull and grey in the UK. I can't imagine how much you are going to miss your parents and hope they plan to return very soon. It seems you do need two different kinds of cherry trees for pollination, so you may need to plant more. Already looking forward to next week's update. That sunset was so beautiful!
Beautiful video. The stencilled tiles really suit the style of the house. You and Guido work so hard, I am inspired for my own renos. I feel like you have really opened Guido up - when we first "met" him he was very serious and carrying the world on his shoulders. He obviously needed a free spirit like you in his life 😊 Agree with another commenter that the landscape and light looks like an oil painting. So, so beautiful.
What a productful time in this week's I will miss your parents I can't imagine how you will feel yes? What a beautiful home you and Guido are making. Thank you for sharing and your enthusiasm is just beautiful. Can't wait to see the final product of your bathroom renovation. Lovely.
Love the stencilling Kylie, so beautiful, love the white on the green. You work so hard and always remain so positive and so cheerful with everything. x 🙂
Another fine video, Kylie. I love how the bathroom is progressing and love the stencils you have chosen. The landscape is amazing, and each time I watch your videos, I am reminded to return to Italy. Hopefully when Covid has passed and my bank account is full again, I will return. In the meantime, I will live vicariously through your videos. Bellissima, Kylie. Ciao e tutti.
I have been watching your videos for quite a while and is there nothing you can do. Your talents are staggering and inspiring, many of which I couldn't attempt to accomplish. The villa is stunning and the surrounding area is breathtaking. From Sunrise to Sunset the landscape is amazing and your sharing of your daily routine allows me to be in my favorite region in Italy. Wishing you and your whole family continued success in creating your new home. Grazie & Ciao
None of it’s hard , Kylie’s done a beautiful job , but my wife stencils , paints , renovates and cooks and has done it all with 7 children around her . Anyone including you can do it .
@@Scarlet-qg1xi you’re missing my point , I’m saying even with seven children she still manages to do it all fantastically! I’m giving her more appreciation than Kylie .No need for the effusive praise for Kylie from Lorraine when others like my wife are equally as capable under more difficult circumstances . I think my wife is even more talented , but all it takes is hard work . That original comment was so sycophantic
Hello, Kylie (and Guido)! This is my first comment on your page. My wife and I have recently been watching your entire "Renovating a Ruin" series, which makes for engrossing viewing. We first came across your page to watch your cooking preparations for Christmas - since we are huge foodies (I am the cook in the family), we watched with great interest as the two of you made dumplings with bone broth. Amazing! I hope your father is doing better. Being in Venice for just two days must have been tantalizing, almost like a tease. It is such an incredible place (we were there for two weeks in October 2017), and so easily accessible on the train from Florence. We connect more with your renovation work and your cooking, and less so with your self-help/philosophy talks. Nevertheless, since a good deal of your viewership appreciates your efforts to encourage us, I would say: do not be apologetic about it. Be confident in your ability to help people through your wonderfully buoyant energy and endless enthusiasm. When I see you dancing in excitement over buying new goodies for the various buildings on the farm, for example, you remind me so much of our daughter, who similarly finds a lot that makes her want to jump and laugh and dance. Bless you, and when we get through all the renovation series (I know it's not over yet), I will probably comment again. I had to watch them all in order to grasp how many buildings you are working on, where they are, where you are living, etc. Such a huge undertaking, I am not surprised that the two of your were exhausted by the end of the year. All the best, Karl
Your talents have no ends. Can hardly wait to see the finished bathroom. Love the Italian scenery and good weather you are having.. Here in Montreal it’s between 10 to 20 below with tons of snow. Sono gelosa 😉………..🤗🇨🇦
Loove the white stencils against the green!! Can so relatera to the feeling when things ”click” and you know that your work will come together; - It feels amazing 🤍❤️ Thank you for a beautiful video as always 🙏🏽
What a joy watching your vibrant, joyful and laborious days.. I love your filmmaking skills, in particular. The each time i see the land overview in your films, my heart sings..thank you so much..❤
You’re doing a beautiful job with the painting in your bathroom and I hope you are doing well after you fell while chopping wood. You all always are so busy everyday thank you for showing us your progress so excited for you 🙏❤️😃
Love this video as I love all of them. I've enjoyed getting to know hour parents. Hoping you can interview them before they leave. They seem like such a lovely couple and have done a wonderful job raising you. they also seems so youthful. Such a nice thing to see.🌸😘
Lovely work in the bathroom Kylie. I am anxious to see the whole reveal. Please get steel cap boots and helmets for yourself and Guido. We don't want you two to hurt yourselves. Baci.
Perhaps hinges on the bottom and handles on the top so it opens down and can be accessed on both sides! Lovely videos btw, so enjoying watching this series each week!

Love the way you all work together, and Wow! What amazing views you have!! I'd never want to leave! So beautiful!
The GiSelA varieties sold in Europe is are small Cherry trees grown by farmers for fruit picking. The wild variety will grow too large to pick the fruits.
wow and you get to live there !! Just beautiful looking out at the fields!!
Beautiful view!!! 🌲🌳🌱
You are an inspiration! Thank you for sharing your beautiful life with us... Such a talented artist and filmmaker... Such a treat to witness your art.
Over so soon, you make me laugh you guy's...your parents are real troopers. Another beautiful warm video. Thank you
I found your channel a few days ago,and I just fell in love with it. I had to watch all the episodes that day!!! All of them have beautiful pictures in it, I enjoy soooo much. Please continue your channel for a very long time!
Love the stencil choice, looks beautiful I can't wait to see the finished room!
So Lovely Kylie, your editing is always... just enchanting
One Beautiful couple you both love each other and take care of each other.!! I love your energy and your show
Beautiful video.
What a productful time in this week's
I will miss your parents I can't imagine how you will feel yes?
What a beautiful home you and Guido are making. Thank you for sharing and your enthusiasm is just beautiful. Can't wait to see the final product of your bathroom renovation. Lovely.
Tuscany is beautiful. It seems lie a difficult and hard life. Beautiful!
Amazing episode
Incredibly beautiful! Thank you for your vlog. It’s a gift.
@@7ofthem You should give your wife more credit and appreciation!!?
@@Scarlet-qg1xi you’re missing my point , I’m saying even with seven children she still manages to do it all fantastically! I’m giving her more appreciation than Kylie .No need for the effusive praise for Kylie from Lorraine when others like my wife are equally as capable under more difficult circumstances . I think my wife is even more talented , but all it takes is hard work . That original comment was so sycophantic
Wow!! You have the blessing to live in such a stunning place. Congratulations!!

Kylie I enjoyed this video very much. But remind Guido the next time you fall on the ground he should help you up.
Baci.
Kylie , it’s like your living a Fairy Tale !
Absolutely gorgeous work!!
Perhaps hinges on the bottom and handles on the top so it opens down and can be accessed on both sides! Lovely videos btw, so enjoying watching this series each week!
