Love this video, I work at a very face paced environment, however when I come home or run errands, I’ll make sure to apply these techniques. Thanks for encouraging us to slow down a bit.
Hi Vera.. Slow living is very necessary in today's pandemic situation, as I think so. Our thoughts are actually running so fast. Your tips always helps us to think differently. I m enjoying your video with taking cup of tea. Thanks . Enjoy moments 🎉🎉

Hi Vera! Thank you for another brilliant video full of great tips. I actually wrote them all down in my journal! I am going to try scheduling mini breaks because just like you, I tend to get into work flow and forget to take breaks. I found this video very soothing. I now want to learn more about Japanese teas - My brain is asking ‘What was she using/doing with that implement in the tea? Do you need to agitate it to release flavour? ‘ I need to know. 🙏❤️
So happy to hear you enjoyed the video! No haha, you don't need anything fancy to make Japanese green tea like this. I used a french press (normally used for coffee) because that's what I use for all of my teas. But you can use your normal setup for preparing loose leafed teas :). Also, these teas all come with an explanation for how to brew the perfect cup :)
Thanks for the suggestion Laura! :) Maybe I'll do that sometime. It's a bit hard since the journal is of a personal nature, to find a way to make the video interesting

I just turned 30 this year and I’ve started doing the same. Starting the day with anything but work for 2 hours makes me feel so much better. I look forward to waking up. When I start work, I also feel more relaxed and awake. It’s really improving my life. It doesn’t feel like I’m just “free” in the evening and everything else is just work.
Watching this video at the weekend is incredibly soothing. I like your soft voice and the way you present. It is extremely easy for me to follow. Thanks! Enjoy your weekend!
I enjoy one week of vacation without my family each year. Sounds mean, but I read 3- 4 books and drink tea and stare at the sea. As I rent a sailboat for this week, I can do sone slow sailing and nobody distracts me from doing nothing. During the rest of the year I do five minutes of Yoga first thing in the morning. Racing around is hard on your blood pressure and nervous system. I'm able to get more done slowly since it's done right the first time. Perfectionism doesn't seem to plague me as much when I'm intentional.
At first I read "time x 1.5 planning" as "time x 15 planning," and I thought, yeah, be sure to have enough time, but that seems excessive... You cleared that up soon enough though. 😆 Thank you for the tips! I'm thinking of starting an art/writing journal now. I haven't done that since high school, but you reminded me of it.
Wonderful video and I’m interested in the tea. I haven’t tried green tea but drinking too much coffee is giving me palpitations so I will give it a try.
Glad you enjoyed the video Lynby! I'm also careful with coffee, I love the taste but I limit myself to once a day, as well as a few coffee-free days every once in a while. I personally find the effects of green tea to be much gentler 😊🍵
I recently found this channel and I've been implementing some of your recommendations. When I wake up I usually just start rushing. I'm now taking a few minutes to just sit down on my bed and take some deep breaths and just let my brain fully wake up. I've been doing things during the day as well. It's working wonders! I've been so calm the last few days. I wouldn't have known just simple things mattered so much.
I am so needing this in my life, I am always rushing around and take no time just for me. I’m going to try and put some of these principles into practice. Thank you
