You need to fins out a manufacturer for the Sign first. Different companies use different software or hardware, thus it varies depending on the manufacturer.

before u buy a sign like this for a business if u want to put inside of the office make sure to call ur city for permit because here in Houston, tx the letters can not be flashing and also the lettesr can not be change before 5 minutes so I am changing every single day and whatever I put I just leave it all day. the letter can stay the most 90 seconds

Why do you only see the single-color ones now? I used to see three-color displays like this all the time. I'm actually building one myself, btw. Gonna control it with a Raspberry Pi.

How do you put another message every time I try to do a new message it just adds to the first one
I have two separate led signs about the same size as the one in this video. One is attatched to each side of a board. I have one remote and was wondering if it was possible to program the remote to work on both panels? Its currently only working on one of the signs. There are two separate sensors for each of the signs, one of each side of the board.

Hi, we use a similar one at work but we connect via wifi on our smart phones. When using an I-phone we can connect to it through wifi and make changes on an HC-LED app. When using my android. It always gives me trouble. It will say connected without internet, or something like that. Are you familiar with this? I just need to connect with my android to make daily changes to the sign.
Unfortunately, we do not have RGB Sign with Remote controller. It would be too much to control or program a message with 16 million colors from Remote Controller.

You can input up to 512 characters into 1 message, and up to 100 messages into the sign. The Length of the sign only affects how many letters you can see at once. If you have any further questions please feel free to give us a call at 1-877-533-5484

I have a led60SX Always had problem with transferring from laptop to sign sometimes taking 5 or 6 tries. Now won't transfer at all. I have called their help number several times being put on hold for as long as 45 minutes then cut off. I have talked to operator there being told that I was second in line and waiting again for 30 minutes only to be told leaving a message and they'll be right back. You guessed it never a return call. Does anyone have a suggestion for my dilemma other than never buy another sign from them?

You need to find out who manufactured the sign. A Remote is universal as long as the signs are manufactured by same company.

I've had mine for maybe 5 years now and I cant seem to get the remote to work on EITHER of the 2 I bought. Neither remote works. New batteries too. Is there a battery up on the sign somewhere itself ?
We have this sign and found the sensor that reads the remote had cracked. We replaced the sensor and it worked fine. The sensor is about the size of a quarter and is a dark half ball shape on the side of the sign.

I wish the three colors were red white and blue ...
We do have Red, White, Pink combination signs
I see this. And it looks good. Can those three colors be adjusted ... darker or lighter for each of those three?
Look, we are moving on these signs asap. We have our permit and will hopefully have these signs in the air as of 07.01.
We ware looking at two 135 x 19 inch three color signs. Shipped to Ohio, how much? And how long have you been in business and what is your warranty? How about some references we can call?
