As someone who's been learning Korean for a few months, I'm curious how long it took before you got to the level of being able to translate these types of videos by hearing? Or have you always spoken Korean?
I didn't consciously try to learn, so I can't really pinpoint when I started to be able to understand. Out of the 10 years I've been a kpop stan, I'd say it was around 4 years ago when I started to be confident enough to translate bits and pieces? It takes a bit of guesswork and trial-and-error for me though, since my vocabulary is still pretty limited. 😊
