I love the patterned plastic cover. It suits the mauve so perfectly. I was going to purchase a full year but maybe I will have to purchase the two half years instead of the full year because I definitely need a plastic cover to keep it clean as it will be used in my kitchen. I think if I had a leather cover I would not use a plastic cover as well. Very informative video. Hopefully the shop will be able to make up a larger cover for the full year journal. Orders close on the 15th so I think I will go with two half years.
I bought a LPD B6 with a flower design but otherwise clear for my full year. I appreciate you showing me how to put it on when I get my commonplace planner. I'm excited to get it!
CatspressoCo are always my favorite because they are cut slimmer. That’s why they are always my choice. And it’s hard to find a cover for the half year. But I like my LPD covers too and they are perfect for the full year. For me they are always too big for a half year since they are cut wider. The LPD stretch a lot too. So the full year will work great in an LPD cover without any issues. If you heat the LPD slightly with a hairdryer before putting it on the full year it’ll stretch easier and be a nice fit. And you can heat it a little after it’s on and it makes it fit all nice. If you stick a piece of vellum in the clear cover it’ll slide in easier too and make it pretty 🤩 VDS doesn’t cut their covers tall enough for a clear cover. It’s a customization change but Gillio and Moterm fit clear covers (in my experience) but they fit nicer with the CatspressoCo because it’s cut slimmer (has less lip around the edge). I ordered the full year. I hope there is a custom clear cover for it cause ideally that's how I'll have mine covered. I love adding vinyl stickers to the cover of my journals 😍 so hopefully the Collab works out.

I think the one from Lauren can work with a little tweaking and I love the one with the leaves tho too. Hoping they can adjust the size on that one to fit. 😊 I want them both of course.
You have made a really good decision. Both full year and half year are beautiful and functional in their own way. You can’t go wrong with either cover. I couldn’t decide myself so I am offering all these options. I think and hope you will be happy with your decision.

I am confident more shop owners will produce a cover that works for the full year. Also - I will probably be putting mine in a B6 leather cover or something of that nature anyway but a clear cover would be great to have as well for on the go etc. I am truly very excited for this planner. I’m slowly transitioning from digital planning back to paper again. I appreciate all of your hard work and love your designs so much. ❤️😊

I have the patterned cover on my A5 Stalogy and I would agree with folks that they do stretch over time. Also if people want to double cover (I just think the patterned one is gorgeous), I use a traveler’s notebook style leather cover from Bassy & Co so it still has the pockets to slide the notebook in but also has string in the center so I can still use it with a plastic cover on.
For Lauren Phelps designs cover on your full year if you put it on and how it buckles.. if you heat it with a hair dryer it will warm to fit the cover and will no longer buckle.. she did a video on it on IG It was like the heat made it magically fit any thickness of book she had in that size ;)

The B6+ which is what most of the B6 Moterm covers are now - harder to find the regular B6 ones now - fits it with the clear cover because it fits the Stalogy with a clear cover and same size as this planner. I love a clear cover because it’s pretty and you can decorate it inside the clear cover too. The next size up in cover from Moterm would be A5 which is way too big for a B6 planner.

I think any tab that works for b6 stalogy should work. I personally used to like the post it harder tabs for marking monthly and weekly. But now I use the string from the planner cover

The Lauren Phelps will fit the full year and it does stretch some and you can heat it lightly with a hair dryer when you put it on and that helps too.

I saw a video on a moterm unboxing and I might go with the moterm B6+ size vs standard B6
