@@richardbaker_0088 it’s a real shop but it’s closed to the public when filming and due to celebrity status they’re not allowed to actually make deals with anyone outside the show.
I’m surprised he started so high I thought he was going to say 1500 also, but that makes more sense that Rick would’ve offer that, Chumlee is super generous most of the time, dude should grab the money and run, time to finish the rest of it and see what happens haha
While it may well be that the experts are booked in advance and they know what will be coming in the door in advance (I just don't know but I'm willing to believe you for the purposes of argument), the show is not filmed in a studio - its filmed in the shop. I've been there. Its actually a really cool shop - if you're ever in Vegas its well worth a visit. Bought my replacement wedding ring there.
Death ToTruthers its common knowledge thy have a separate studio shop for filming. You have been to the tourist trap real shop but they dont film there lol its full of tourists

You can't help but smile at John Popper. Dude's just cool.
Yeah that was cool of him to give chum some basic harp tips.
Blues Traveler is not known for just one song lol. The entire album Four is a masterpiece, every track is.
Hunter Vex seriously. Hook, mountains win again, stand, brother John. Next album had but anyway. They rocked.
@@jmuduke99 But Anyway was on their first album, three albums prior to Four.
Ikr hook, mounts win again, and run around are there biggest hits. Its annoying that he keeps saying known for 1 song
Who is this blues traveler guy? Does he work for pawn stars?
@@clarktferrill lol no
Is no one gonna bring up the fact that nobody even looked over when that guy jammed out.
That's because all those people in the store are paid extras and they're told not to look up.
Probably not because everyone. I mean absolutely EVERYONE in the comments knows it's not a real shop
Idiots are everywhere. He’s a f’n legend . Their loss , or told to look casually at the cases
It's a specialized group that gets excited about harmonica music.
@@richardbaker_0088 it’s a real shop but it’s closed to the public when filming and due to celebrity status they’re not allowed to actually make deals with anyone outside the show.
Worth 3000 Rick would've offered 1500 at first, Chum took a risk 😀
"i can give ya something like $3.00 it's gonna sit for a while. i've got to find the right buyer, get it framed, and i'm the one taking all the risk."
Patrick Jude dude nowayrick would have offered 100 dollars
not to be confused with Michael Westen. that guy's a fuckin badass
He would've offered a half eaten slim jim and a kick in the nuts

Pawn Stars, you don't deserve John Popper. A living legend.
Chum is such a bad negotiator lol
get memed im about to say that ill give him 1000bucks and say its gonna stay for a while
he's so cute. lmfao
get memed He and Mr Brown got along famously, though
A bad actor as well, that whole negotiation was obviously scripted just like most of them on this show are.
@Paul Davis what?! it's not real??!
Aw wow... the man himself dropped by to give Chum a lesson. How cool is that :)
I love how Chum is actually really knowledgeable on all the cool stuff.

The only thing he is knowledgable about is the crack rock.
Chum is the best negotiator lol. Also Mr. Brown always gets along with John popper
That's cool that Popper came in personally to aid in making it more special.
Real solid of that blue shirt man to ask him too since he knew chumlee went above for him giving him that higher price.
Chum looks like he's eating a piece of chicken
I f_cking LOVE John Popper.. how lucky are those folks meandering in the background.. to get to see him and hear him play the harmonica 😃
Chum is a good person.
BLACK SANDS he learned his lesson. Chum is know to buy fake shit
BLACK SANDS yeah he is the Gandhi of drug dealers
Ohhhh snap
McLovin Yep but from my point of view he still is a good person :)
If everyone just smoked meth the world would be a much happier place.
Rick would have been ‘ thinking like 1200 bucks’ then he’d of bought it for ‘1800 and not a penny more’
Why you think that they went bust!!! Never hand the business down to your kids!
Tried to give em the run around.
So cool Chumlee.
Chum doesn't disappoint me. Hahahhaa
In what universe is Blues Traveller only known for one song?
Yeah, they have two good songs. I think the other one is called "Hook."
I wondered that too
@@matthewbartke4424 Yeah two songs. thats why they had 4 top 100 Hits from three different albums.
This one

Chum never fails to make me laugh
Chumlee looks like "Tinker" (John William Young) from the movie Roadhouse. lol "Did you see anything?" "A polar bear fell on me..."
how did no one react to the harmonica play?
I wondered the same thing!
Because they are told not to pay attention to whats going on over there so they don't ruin the shot.
piglink10 its all staged
My cat just ran from the room
I learned 3 songs for moments like this: piano man, and 2 Beatles tunes. No one will ever know lol
Run Around is an amazing song.
Even breathing and talking is chore for Chumless
Chum Lee's mustache dancing across that harmonica was epic
3:53, that’s what she said. 😂
Chum talking about John Popper to this guy and you can tell the guy knows way more than what the producers told Chum Lee to read from a script.
*Chum plays the harmonica*
Ringtone challenge accepted.
Chum is a gem of a person
Met him and his whole band one time. Cool, cool, cool.
"why you wanna give me the run around?"
They all sure do seem friendly 👍🏻
Wow John Popper is awesome!
Chum is mode 😂😂😂😂
John Popper and Mr. Brown got along famously
I think Mr. brown and you mom got along more famously.. they discused how idiots like you love to repeat jokes in the comment section
Fuck you!! why dont you stop with stupid mr brown comments
I don't even get da joke, can someone please enlighten me.
nooo i dont think so i think ill take it home.
TheSlimification1 Haha. That was pretty good man
Lol that was a good episode. That's how you make a deal Rick 😂
What A Great Ending Definitely a Natural 🤩🥳😎
Chum rocks this show.
Now that's how you do a deal Rick!😂
i love Chumlee! such a cool guy
0:49 the editing is real
run around was a popular song and my favorite hook is another. I'm sure there are other songs
Chumlee u the best!pawnstar the best.i wish i can visit ur shop!
One of my favorite bits. I have no idea who Popper is, but he seems like a cool dude.
That escalated quickly 💥
You just know the customers in the background are fake extras when a famous musician is performing in the store and no one even looks, lol
THIS WAS THE BEST PS EVER!!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!
Chum and harmonicas got along famously
I literally just watched the video of Popper giving it to him in his home years after he was no longer in band. So I’m saying the story is bs
I think thats the best negotiating Chum has ever done
Mr. Brown got along famously with the harmonica guy
That is awesome. Hook was my favorite B.T. song. Still have the C.D. Wow that is cool. ✌❤🍻
Mr brown and a harmonica got along famously
Playing a harmonica sounds so fun.
Cheese Boyger Noo, I don't think so. I think im gonna take it home.
4:00 he shreds like a guitar player with his mouth like theres no harmonica player that plays the way he does
This is the bandolier that Pvt. Ryan has been looking for the last seventy plus years.
Chum is good at this stuff
Mr. Brown and i used to play the Harmonica together famously.
i don't get the mr. brown jokes
Michael Weston usually in all the pawn shop videos when it ends they say something about mr brown
It's worth $3000 at an auction....pays $2700 for it
Then he gets a signed harmonica and a the vest signed. Needless to say he made the value go up at least $500 more dollars.
Once I was at Blues Traveler show and John Popper threw a harmonica out into the crowd and hit a baby in the face.
Crazy Chumlee was about to swallow that harmonica!
No I don’t think so, I think I’m gonna take it home
I would pay a hundred bucks for one of John's harmonicas
More than one song, he even says that, at least a bit, in the begining. I watched the Steven Tyler harmonica PS clip before this.
Ever need to sell somthing there, find chum😂
Run around and Hook were both hits.
4:53 Chum really getting into it lol
lmao chumlees moustache tho😂
Known for one song? I can think of a couple others that were pretty popular...Hook and But Anyway.
sad to think, that guy has gotten laid more than anyone in these entire comments section, combined.
That ending though hahahah
Okay this big-time Legend is in the pawn shop playing harmonica and everybody just walking around like they don't hear nothing
that's so stupid neat. love it
Thats originaly a 03 WW2 Springfield 30-06 Ammunition belt. Harmonica vest
North Hollywood Shootout is my favorite BT album.
Save His Soul
John Poppa the best harmonica player ever!!!
The case Popper uses now is the same one I use.
I’m surprised he started so high I thought he was going to say 1500, but that’s probably more Rick or Corey, Chumlee is super generous most of the time, dude should grab the money and run, time to finish the rest of it and see what happens haha
He got gifted it by Popper on camera then he goes on tv selling it lol
Lol anyone else see chums top lip when he was playing the hermanicas
Anybody else noticed he up his price a $1,000 when he was talking to Chumlee
I just heard runaround Thursday afternoon.
Hmm! That's cool because I just bought a harmonica recently. 👍
legend!
John Popper has nothing on those guys that wrote patches
I get that reference
Was hoping someone would
There's only 1 Patches. Only 1!
How many of those 2,000 Grammys have the name Best Rhythm & Blues Song - 1970 "Patches"?
Patches, I'm dependin' on you, son
I've tried to do my best
It's up to you to do the rest
What a deal!
None of the crowd turned around when Popper played the harmonica, are they robots?
Good job Chum!
John popper is a fugging legend!
Chum knows a lot
I want that cat patch its pretty sweet....
I love chum hes not a cheap skate
(Insert the subject here) and Mr Brown got along famously line
Chumlee comes off as a fool but he actually knows quite a bit off the top of his head. In Scotland we call that "Acting the goat".
Syklone uh, they feed them all of this info. It’s all scripted.
SPOILER ALERT: The guy that brought it in IS John Popper
I wish when Billy Gibbons came to the store they woulda hooked a guitar up
Chumlee always overpays
NINOOOO would have cleaned that harmonica vest and have pictures to prove it
And it would take him 80 hours!
Nino and Mr Brown got along famously
GrizzlySkater234 NO NO NO. DO NOT BRING THAT HERE.
GrizzlySkater234 that’s bloody raw
TheAceofBricks hidious
Chum is Rick’s good conscience
Note to self: only sell to the shop when Chum is there.
You can hear Chum’s cheek flab in his voice
0:51 bruh what? They had three main hits. Run around, hook, and the mountains win again.
Why would you pawn this. This thing was a gift of sentimental value and of historical musical importance
