If this tasted so good, I simply cant imagine how good what you guys are cooking tastes like...over fire, clay pots, trees, the sound of flowing water, pets!! Nothing beats this way of cooking. Just enjoying every video and dreaming away!

This is my favorite food channel ...I love listening to nature, the crackling fire, Mr. Ramsey is so sweet and tame...my own cooking has improved since I found you!! Thank you for these beautiful cooking videos!
The biggest lesson I've learned from this channel is that multiple knives are overrated. You just need one good, solid and sharp knife for your work. Really has helped me not waste time in the kitchen.
Real cooking it reminds me of when I was younger sharing food with my Italian friends at out allotments, cooking sausages, frittatas eating bread strong Italian cheese drinking wine, talking laughing and just bonding together in our common interest of growing our own food making our own sausages and bread. They were somewhat older than I was and all have gone to paradise, I am alone but their laughter and friendship still bring me comfort and joyful memories . I just love this rustic video it’s so evocative of how cooking should be a joy.
I have watched this video quite a few times. It's one of my favorites. I like the way he uses cast iron cookware, wooden spoons, clay pots - all of the cookware that produces the best results for flavors and textures. And that amazing knife! So rustic and versatile!

@@breejames6323 Nope. I pealed and removed the chore from enough tomatoes before I made them juice in the blender. Then I used it exactly as the video showed. Make sure you let it simmer at med-low heat until it evaporates the water and gains some viscosity. Do not overcook or you'll end up with a thicker paste instead of the silky sauce you are wanting. Also, grind more spices that you think you'll need because you will need it. Hope that helps.
Absolutely the BEST! Thanks guys for making these videos! Even when I don't plan on making one of your recipes, I always enjoy your videos! Please say, "Hi!" to Mr. Ramsay for me also!
