@SLY- the openmindedness of Moroccans cannot be taken at face value. LGBTQ is illegal in Morocco and in all Muslim countries however people turn a blind eye as long as they respect customs and do not pursue underage children. I found the society open and tolerant to tourists and as everywhere you MUST respect their culture and customs. Moroccans are friendly and willing to offer you something to eat or drink which coming from another culture you could find overbearing.

Thanks for the vid, man!! you're very right about the Fast Food Restaurants idea. McDo, Pizza Hut... is for the American lower middle class and low-income people to make sure they will be food available for them with reasonable prices (food security)...But for developing countries like Morocco, it's for the upper-class people or it's a luxury food since the price is very high compared to a local sandwich since the standard of living is very lower. Also, if you've noticed. when you convert the McDo sandwich price from Moroccan Currency to US $, the price is almost equal to what it's in the US since the American fast food franchise companies are just selling the same products with the same US price, but in different currencies regardless of the standard of living of the other countries. That's how the "McDonald's US $1 sandwich" index is used around the world...Take care, Bud!! Have fun and stay safe!

While it is true that Mcdonals in developing countries will mostly be in middle and high class areas, its not due to societal differences ( at least for Morocco ). Their food ( Mcdonalds) is bad, and in most fast food chains you’ll find in the country, you’ll find mostly the same prices or sometimes more than mCdonald. The reason why mcdonalds are in those area is because of the land, and the image it wants to provided ( and they sure did get that image, like a perception )
