Arjun sir is right completely from his point of view. But I think it seems viswak sen couldn't able to handle the situation in right manner during story discussions and shoot postpones. What you can't do is butting in to directors decisions once you accepted to work. Director is like the captain of the movie. You do as he says. That's the basic rule.
