They lost as a team, poor decision making on top of poor decision making and dog shit teamfighting while ahead in gold. You can clearly see them crumble the later the game went. The brain farts are apparent in every member. They could've gotten soul without giving up baron, and Xiaohu's TP wasn't late, in fact it's too early, his team pulled the trigger way too soon, the wave state is completely in their favor, they panicked and rushed the engage. Not mentioning the fact that T1 should've never gotten a free way to the elder, they got pushing top, mid and bot, you MUST fight for that river control until they get wary of Xiaohu's split push. They are favored 90/10 of winning that, the moment they let T1 inside the river is where it dropped to 50/50. Their combined shit positioning and coordination at the elder fight is what ultimately cost them the game.
@@saylesz As a team but again. Xiaohu is one of the main shotcallers for this team, so a lot of the decision making goes by him. Yes they lost as a team but in games like this the veteran players have to step up to control de decisions, they had a ward behind T1 for the drake yet they/him wait until T1 completes the rotation and get position on river. Thereis no team decision to invade for a blue buff with 0 info on the enemy team at 40 min

This team is just so amazing how they can switch carries so fluidly they don’t rely on just one player if top side is being pressured and are down bottom lane can carry and vice versa and all around the best ever Faker T1 is built different
look at xayahs cs 5 minutes before elder dragon fight and then look at it again during elder fight. divide the difference by 5 to get 18 cs/min sneaky.
I'm watching this and I'm in awe. Even as a proud EU fan, I really don't know how the west will ever be able dream to match this. The macro is impeccable from both teams, individual skill is through the roof for all 10 players, the coordination is fluid. To me, it feels like both T1 and RNG play at x1.5 speed compared to LEC and LCS teams, both in speed of fingers and speed of teamfight. What a masterclass.
I think this match highlights why JDG vs T1 is so hype. Both JDG and T1 find ways to come back in games they have no right to win making even taking a game off them a challenging task. Can’t wait!
After watching old series of T1 again this match Rng mistake was aiming for Zeus , who is the best convert gold efficiency on T1 roster instead playing around Gala. And of course there are mistake here and there but just Zeus is not enough
