Karen, I wonder if when you started this channel, you would ever have thought how helpful, inspirational and interesting it would be. Thank you for all your input into the world of quilting that I have only recently dipped my toe into. I for one am very appreciative.
🤗🤗🤗
How beautiful 💕I'm glad that I'm not the only one to loose my sew joe! You inspire me so much. I needed this one. Time to get sewing😉 thanks
We all need breaks. Just take the time you need.
Thank you for sharing all the delays and pauses in the quilt making process. It feels validating to know that even an expert can stall at certain points in the creation of a quilt.
thank you...but sot an expert but I do love quilt.
And that is ok!
@@JustGetitDoneQuilts Ah, but expertise, like velocity and time (as far as we know) is relative!
I loved all the parts of this journey you shared. And I really like the fabrics you used instead of the solids. Turned out beautiful
It's a stunning quilt Karen. Glad you claimed it for your very own.
Beautiful, gorgeous quilt! I'm happy to hear that it is for U! ❤
Getting a new quilt video from you is like getting a present.... I always love them. Keep them coming.
🤗🤗🤗
I think it looks more interesting in prints rather than the solids. Beautiful!
It turned out so nice Karen! A lot of brain work, and I love that you used the scraps up!
I think it’s your use of prints that make this design come alive!
What a beautiful quilt, Karen. I love your colour choices - and the quilting is fantastic. I think I'd keep this one too.
I just wanted to tell you I happened across your channel about a year ago, having never been all that interested in quilts before, and now I’m starting my second quilt! Love your videos, thank you so much for sharing your crafting journeys!
Lovely quilt Karen! Thanks for sharing your artistry! M
I love your snippets. I especially love the Wìi exercising. Have a great vacation.
Only one word: WOW!
A truly stunning quilt. I love your colours! Thank you, Karen.
Had to giggle at this one because I can not tell you how many quilts I have made and guess what I don't have a single one! This is a good project for this year! Make yourself a quilt!
I am a brand-new quilter and learning so much from your videos! This one made me smile so many times, I had to comment - I love how you talk about projects, the quilting goddess, and your process. Thank you!
Awesome job on your quilt.
I tell you, I was grinning from ear to ear when you unfurled your finished quilt! I'm happy for all the joy it clearly brings to you!
Thank you so much! 🤗
Beautiful quilt Karen! The quilting is perfect for the beautiful pattern. There is a lot of piecing in that one but surely worth it. Awesome job!!
I love this quilt! Superbly pieced and quilted. ❤
What a beautiful quilt. The fabric you choose are so lovely together. The quilting is lovely too. Art Deco designs are just gorgeous. I’m glad you are keeping it for yourself.
What a lovely job. So clever to pair up scraps till you have the yardage you need. Your delivery is quite charming, by the way. I found myself smiling back at you often.
Yes, charming is the right word.
This is my favorite of all the quilts you have shown.
Gorgeous! Both the fabrics and the quilting!
Very pretty quilt, Karen!
That is just gorgeous!! Live the pattern. Love the fabric. Love the backing. And of course, love the quilting.
After watching this video twice I ordered this pattern. I bought a great selection of Tilda fabrics a little while ago and now I know what I’m going to do with them. Thanks for the inspiration.
This a beautiful quilt and i enjoy all of your videos and you give me such joy and knowing I can do it too. Blessings and Grace be with you and your family
Oh my, Karen! I love this quilt!!! Everything about it!!!❤
Absolutely beautiful
Your quilt is beautiful!!!!!
Thanks Karen. I was amazed to see the fabric chosen in rows of values…they all looked wonderful before and after you made this quilt. So glad you are keeping it for you.
😊
Karen this is lovely. Your mathematical brain worked that puzzle through to beautiful completion, with all the pauses and stumbles that every quilter is so familiar with! I hope you enjoy your wonderful quilt for many years to come ❤
Thank you
Really lovely, Karen! Great colour choices and combinations, on the back, too!
For someone who is not a fan of brown (the colour!) as you say you are, you’ve shown how fabulously it can highlight other colours here.
And oh my, I love your presentation - you’ve got such a lovely “manner” on video! Thank you so much for all of your shared tips, tricks , strategies and just goodwill!!
Thanks so much! 😊
I think this is my favorite of all your quilts!,,
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing Karen! 🥰
Stunning quilt, fantastic job! Love both the back and the front!
Your quilt looks amazing Karen, thank you for sharing x
WOW! What a brain teaser it was and turned out gorgeous and the dog face peeking in is just such a nice bonus! My Airedale sleeps under my sewing table and lulls to sleep with the sound of the machine and mommy nearby!
The quilt is gorgeous! Your quilting is wonderful too!
Absolutely gorgeous, better than the pattern photo
Its beautiful ... so glad to know you keep a few for yourself enjoy
I love the Cider line! I’m kicking myself for not buying the fat quarter bundle when I had the chance. Beautiful quilt!
Amazing quilt!!! Enjoy it & thanks for sharing !
Quilt Blank look LOVELY. BETTY
The colors on this are perfect! I hope you enjoy snuggling up with it!

Hi Karen, I've been following you for years. Thanks for what you do! BTW, I think this is your best quilt yet, kudos and congratulations!
Just plain gorgeous!❤
Wow! That is a gorgeous quilt Karen! So lovely to see it come together! You're a treasure for us all!!
Love the quilt and the backing fabric! Beautiful! ❤
Beautiful work both piecing and quilting.

Beautiful Quilt. Mando is pretty cute too.
Beautiful quilt!!! Your artistic talent and experience really show here.
Karen what a gorgeous quilt! And your quilting is amazing 😍
As a new follower, I am discovering all the wonderful things you share with us. This quilt is a beauty!
Thank you so much!
That is one of the most attractive quilts I've seen. Wish I had the patience. Thank you for the video 😊👍💕
It is so good to see the stages of stop and start you went through too. Love the quilt. And thank you for the tip to get the cube timer. I use it so often.
Glad to see even the professionals have oops moments. Didn’t love the initial pattern but your fabric choices really made it work. Very soothing!
Great job Karen!!!!!
I love this one. Much better in your prints!!!!
Love the quilt!! I could never have figured all that out!!
Beautiful Quilt, thank you for sharing your experience with us.
Your declutter challenge finish is lovely and so sweet that it’s for you. 2023 is the first time that I have done the declutter challenge myself and I also made a quilt I love from the results of processing all my scraps. I made a Plaidish scrappy as a gift! Now I’m working on “declutter challenge finish II”!
👏👏👏
Stunning quilt!!! You did a great job! It is beautiful!!!❤❤❤
That quilt turned out so beautiful!
I always say necessity is the Mother of invention! For me anyway. Nothing gets me motivated like a deadline. I love that quilt. Your longarm quilting was wonderful!!
I started UFO’s and de clutter challenge this year and have made 5 quilts for Christmas gifts and now I’m starting on rag dolls. For some reason it seems like my mountscrapmore is getting bigger not smaller, But it feels so good to have that many gifts done and put away!
That is gorgeous ❤🏴
I mostly quilt with remnants and large scraps and this is my kind of puzzle - thanks for showing me I'm not crazy! Your quilt is absolutely stunning - the fabric, placement, and quilting. I really enjoyed seeing you go through the quilting process on your long arm. Thank you for this video:)
Glad it was helpful!
Oh it is gorgeous and so much fun to watch your process
The colors and pattern are beautiful.
Beautiful! Thanks for letting watch the whole process.
Thanks for watching!
Your quilt turned out beautiful
What a gorgeous quilt!!!!
I love Tim Holtz for the back!
This is a wonderful, delightful video. Thanks.
Absolutely beautiful quilt, love the design
When you showed the pattern in the store I didn't like it much. Once you made it in your fabrics with that beautiful quilting I loved it. Now I want one😊
Beautiful!! Love that you challenged yourself to use those leftovers! I have tons from this winter!! I need to push and get going too. Thanks for sharing!
Love the colours Karen.
It's beautiful! Time well spent.
That’s a really pretty quilt.
Cute dog!
It’s absolutly lovely well done
Wow. That is a beautiful quilt. I don't blame you. I would have kept that quilt for myself also.
Beautiful Karen.
LOVE it LOVE it
That "you quilt" is absolutely GORGEOUS 😍 😍 😍 😍
Thank you
Love, love, love that you created a motif that reflected the piecing design of the quilt. All too often I see quilts where an allover design was chosen with no regard to the piecing design, and it ends up looking "manufactured".
Yours does not! You should be hugely proud of this one! and Karen, Thank You for setting such a great example with the long arm!
I have been thinking about doing this quilt since your interview of Cristina De Miranda. I wasn’t sure I wanted to make it in such bright colors. 😅I don’t use many solids either. Your version is right up my alley. My desire to make this quilt is reignited. Thank you, another inspirational video for me. Take care.
It’s beautiful Karen. I’m so glad you finished it and kept it for yourself. You don’t know how happy i was to hear even people that have long arming for a while, leave their quilts un quilted for a month or 2 or 3. I had one sitting around for almost 6 months, finally loaded it on my frame and there it sat for another month. I was so fearful of starting for fear i would ruin it with quilting. Well I didn’t, and I just entered it today in our local quilt quilt show. It’s beautiful, and whether it wins a ribbon or not; i just want others to see it. If i can do it, they can too. I was also surprise to see you stick a little piece of batting under the final inch or 2. I had no idea you could do that. So thanks for giving me an extra tip or 2. So grateful!❤
Always love learning with you!
Beautiful quilt Karen! 😊❤ Though I'm sure you and Mando can squeeze in there together 😉
Thank you for your free patterns The Fallbrook Quilt Guild used one for our charity quilt workshop.
Beautiful quilt, hold your ground with Mando 😊
🐶
Wow! It came out absolutely stunning!!!!! Congrats on your finished declutter project!!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
What’s a stunner!
Absolutely fabulous.
I love you videos you are so real about your quilting
This quilt, right from planning to finish is a lesson in creativity. Thankyou
Stunning quilt, and EXPERT work on it! ... I'm glad to know I'm not the only one the gets too scared to take the next step, or has to wait for the sewing muse to strike, or be forced to make a decision! Thanks for sharing that with us. Makes me feel "normal" and less critical of myself. That is a gorgeous quilt, Karen!
