whatever is easiest to carry! i had a little bag/backpack thing because my laundry was in the basement and i usually took the stairs since i was on a lower floor but there are elevators too
I would need the extra trash can because I have 3 mini ones in my room because I’m too lazy to throw away the tiny one after upgrading and now I just use one at my desk one by my door and a super tiny one by my bed 😬🫣
Here is an ACTUAL list of things you need from a recent college grad... You don't need bed risers... some dorms have actual bed risers. I would call ahead if you can and ask. Buy ACTUAL dishes. At least two plates, bowls, and some silverware. It is so much nicer than plastic silverware. A shower caddy is not essential if you live in a suite with more than one bathroom...And for the love of GOD, you do NOT need a mattress pad/topper... The beds are a lot more comfortable than people say they are. In regards to school supplies, bring a notebook, pens, pencils, a folder, headphones, notecards, highlighters, and laptop for the beginning of the year and then go from there.
hi, when they say no electric cords they mean the ones you have to unplug to turn off, so look for surge protectors these are electric cords that have an on and off switch. hope this helped :)

i have a big abercrombie and fitch parka that’s cute and i can’t recall ever recall being cold while wearing it ! theyre kinda expensive but a great investment especially for winter in mass :)

Please wear shower slippers, even if you think your housemates are super clean. Shower slippers are an essential more especially if you share a shower.
