You Are My Sunshine - Solo Piano (Blues/Gospel Style)

You Are My Sunshine was written by Jimmie Davis and Charles Mitchell and first recorded in 1939. The song has been covered numerous times - so often, in fact, that it is one of the most commercially programmed numbers in American popular music.
The melody popped into my head last week and I realized I never covered it. I used some chord subs and gospel style reharms. I also took a chorus to solo over the changes (used a lot of Oscar Peterson style runs and licks). Im trying to stay true to my promise to push out more content in 2019. Thanks for listening!
