I am 81 years old and I had the wonderful experience of God speaking to me twice at the age of 25 years of age. I have learned that we are NOTHING without God and Our Lord Jesus Christ in our lives to be there for us and to live our lives through Him and for Him every moment of every day.
I had God speak to me once my boxes were packed and after a divorce I was gong to move back to SC but my children loved Texas and didn’t want to move. So I said we would pray for 3 days and see what God wants us to do, my Sons were 8&11. Meanwhile I ask God to let me know for sure because things go over my head. Second day I am carrying a basket of laundry down the stairs and I hear this voice say “I do not want you to move” I sink to the stairs and say yes Sir, ok so we are not moving. So the boys come in a few hours later from school and go Na na na na were not moving!! I said wait a minute it is only day 2 they said
We don’t care we know we are not moving I asked how ? They just looked at each other n said we KNOW
So I said how about a celebration dinner and we start unpacking boxes because you are right this is where God wants us
It is 36 years later and I live alone in another state ...circumstances beyond my control....once I settled down I realized that this was exactly where I had dreamed about retiring when my ex Husband and I were drinking a glass of wine the little guys were asleep and he asked where I would like to retire to and yeh it was here this kind of town, God never makes a mistake⚓️💕

I worked with a guy, Thomas Craven, who grew up with Denzel in Mt Hermon, NY. They were in a jazz band together. Thomas told me this story years ago - how this old lady at church told Denzel he would be the great influence that would affect millions and how god would use him. Most people don’t know, Denzel’s dad was a minister and, for a while, Denzel was a troubled teen.
Denzel has battled to follow in his father’s footsteps. He’s definitely my favorite actor because, he doesn’t curse and he teaches people to do what’s right in life.

Have always admired Denzel. He has a lot of common sense wisdom. I watched a video today of him being interviewed by a host who was also a black man asking Denzel why there are so many black men in prison? Denzel’s response was spot on. He said the problem isn’t with the system, it starts at home. Where are the fathers to raise these boys up to be good men? He was 100% right!
That was a result of the Federal government and democrat policies, i.e. the welfare system.
Absolutely spot on! We have to take responsibility for ourselves and our own communities in order to forge change and stop these cycles.

I relate to this. I had prophecy spoken over me many years ago. I wasnt interested. I joined the military and when I left I became involved in the biker culture. I was angry, violent but all the time this prophecy echoed inside. Eventually I received a substantial prison sentence and finally I was ready to submit to God. The prophecy was that despite my rough edges God was going to use me to reach people who would relate to my rawness. I spent all my time in prison sharing my faith and seeing people come to faith. On release I left the 1% life and im currently in the process of joining a christian mc. God is faithful and patient to see his word come to pass.

I love this. I became a believer in college, but I wasn’t ready to walk the walk. Years later I was working as a teller at a credit union and a customer looked at me and just said “Girl, god is not finished with you! You are going to do amazing things.” And I had no clue how to respond. That was 2 or three years ago. God led me to the conclusion of my previous world view that was blocking me from accepting my full faith over the last 6 months. I think about what she said to me all the time. I wish that I had asked her to elaborate, but I totally relate to knowing that the Lord is your savior but not being ready to take up your cross yet. I’m blessed to be here now though.
I still remember the day I was born again. July 2010, A preacher named Paul washer came to our church and preached the Gospel like I never heard before half of all the congregation left. But I was drawn in. I open my bible and romans Came up. Because if you confess with your mouth. Jesus is Lord and that God raised him from the dead. You will be saved. I believe all my heart soul and mind And confessed that I was the sinner And I needed a savior because I knew I couldn't say myself. And as soon as I said Jesus, you are my Lord and savior forgive me. It felt like something shot out of me. I fell on the floor and I open my eyes. And all the colors in the room were brighter. I looked outside the window. The leaves were brighter the sky. Everything and I knew I was born again.

I understand you got saved and regenerated and I’m happy for you. However, Paul Washer is one of the worst Lordship Salvationists preachers out there today, along with John MacArther. They pervert the gospel of the grace of God by adding works to be saved and stay saved. Whether they realize it or not, they’re the devil’s ministers of righteousness in today’s dispensation of the grace of God.
Are you born again or a new creation?
A new creation doesn’t need to be made or born again, it’s brand new, never created before. Christ made Paul our Apostle to the Gentiles, he never mentioned being “born again” to Gentiles but a new creature and the revelation of the mystery (Rom 16:25 KJV).

Jesus was talking about Israel or He would’ve said “Thou” to Nicodemus, not “Ye“.

“Ye” like “Y’all” = the nation of Israel, which doesn’t yet believe Jesus is their Messiah. They must be born again & saved @ 2nd Coming.

It’s ultimately God’s responsibility to inspire, preserve, and make His word available to us. Therefore, it’s no coincidence the King James Bible stands alone as the most printed book in history. No book will ever surpass its printings, number of books sold, nor its 400 plus years of biblical utilization in Christendom. When you face God, you won’t be able to say, “Why didn’t you tell me?”
Good doctrine requires study of the Scriptures in context or you could cause irreparable damage with eternal consequences. God gave the common man the key (2Timothy 2:15 KJV) to understanding the Scriptures so their knowledge would surpass that of the world’s so-called experts.

People must examine the scriptures themselves before accepting anyone's teachings first. It isn't wrong to believe in a Preacher or Pastor but make sure you double check the receipt before leaving with the product.

Denzel Washington and Neal McDonnough are two of the most intriguing Christian Actors out there. They’re both widely known, and have played some decidedly unsavory characters. But the power of their testimony is in the integrity of their life off the screen and the commitment they put into their work on screen. One thing I have respected Denzel for over the years is his ability to take on a film with a younger, up and coming character, and manage to cast the light onto the younger actor even if he is the lead of the film. He’s a mentor, not only in the craft, but how to conduct oneself with integrity within the industry.

I was sitting in a Resturant yesterday and saw a family of five walk in. Their little girl became highlighted to me and I knew Holy Spirit was up to something. She got in trouble for being to loud and animated. As I looked over from time to time, Holy Spirit told me about her. I began to wonder if He wanted me to speak to this family to encourage them and her! I’m sad to say I did not. The restaurant was packed and I became apprehensive. 😞Now today, I wish I had. May I never miss an opportunity to speak on our creators behalf again! Blessings, and may His love push us all to love and speak out His words for the salvation of others! In Yeshuahs name! Amen!

Seeing this reminds me of the Equalizer 3. Robert McCall isn’t a perfect man, by any stretch, but God has a tendency to use the imperfect. When his character is standing on the street, after seeing what the people have gone through and are going through. They are crying for help and God sent a Judge. When he’s standing there with his back to the camera staring up at the cross I imagine a silent dialog playing out; “I hear you Lord, Send me.”
That movie had a whole different meaning for me. Seeing this clip confirms it. I would be surprised if that scene wasn’t Denzel’s doing either.

Can you imagine detending your faith in a cesspool called Hollywood? Yes, God gave Denzel a very large platform. I love Denzel Washington as a strong man not willing to sacrifice his soul.

I too had experienced this supernatural moment after I had prayed and miracle happened. not exactly that straightforward, but without going deeper into story about that I just wanted to say that I had this experience too. and I can say, everyone who just try for once to reach for Jesus, and God. they will soon too experience something like Denzel is talking about, like I did. and I can tell for sure, EVERYONE who had this feeling even just for once in a lifetime, they know for themselves what it is, and then they become believers! for life. but to win a lottery you must buy a ticket first. you cannot expect to win without giving it a chance.

You are correct I caught that too. There are millions whose shadow will never darken the threshold of a church and whose remote will never choose a preacher’s channel. But those same millions will hear Denzels words and actually listen to hear what the Spirit of God has to say to them. “ I hear the voice of one crying in cyberspace prepare the way of the Lord….”
You are correct but him being younger and someone says that to you … you would imagine it’s preaching. It was a natural assumption.
To be fair… preaching is a form of speech.
I so respect Denzel it's easy to see that he stays true to himself ,God and family , the words that he speaks is so inspiring and with everything going on in what we are seeing in the movies he is the only one that I still love to watch and the only one I would pay to watch .

If God has a plan for you then you cannot change the path that he has you on, even if it looks from the outside that you are living a not so Godly way, it’s part of Gods plan.
Everything Denzel went through was needed for him to carry out Gods plan and put him right where he needed to be throughout his life. Gods plan is perfect.

One phrase that has stuck with me throughout my life since I've redirected my life from drugs, illegal activities, and shame upon not just myself but my family and how they look at me a little over a decade ago is..
*Do not strive to be perfect. Be a better person than you were the day before. Because that no matter how you look at it, that is progress.*
With the exception of a handful there aren't many celebrities that I truly admire and especially respect. I have a great amount of admiration amd respect for m Denzel. Few actors could do what he's done in the current age we live in. Man would it be an honor to hang out with him sometime.. lol.
I saw the movie “Glory” when I was younger that had a profound impression upon me. Still one of the top movies on my list of all time great movies.
