I love how in each video, I'm seeing more and more things people are enthusiastic about. Like a very informative video about the different communities that exists.
The first question from the first woman was an example of someone who's knowledgable, but also elitist about yoga teaching. It's definitely the bread and butter about yoga, and we had to read the books about the Yamas and Niyamas as well as listen to a lecture about it during teacher training, but it's often not something people are coming to class to learn about in the average 60 minute session. I honestly cannot remember much off the top of my head about it, which is why I no longer teach yoga, and I'm happy I don't have to deal with people like this anymore.
Yes every yoga instructor should know where the roots come from. I would have much rather heard questions regarding what type of yoga do they teach, how do you incorporate the limbs in, what motivates you to do better etc. Also it’s completely okay to just say “I don’t know” and practice honestly. Being honest and saying that you don’t know what the eight limbs are is a way better answer then shaming the other instructors for not knowing.

Nathania feels so much like the yoga version of miss “that’s not vegan” 😬😂 and also why is no one else talking about her weird celebration “dance” thing or whatever that was at 10:58 😂
Yeah I was also thinking that Nathania is kinda the Erin of yoga.
Omg yes! That's what I was thinking as well.
@@誰かの捨て垢-r4e grow up and mind your business.. if you don’t like what people have to say then just scroll past the comment
Well then if you didn’t like her dance, why didn’t you just watch past that bit? Seems like you’re the one that needs to have a look in the mirror and grow up.
At least shes being her self not conforming to social standards of behaviour
Yoga is one of the core schools of Indian philosophy and I hate how they have appropriated it and turned into this commercial fitness entity
Yes exactly made it a fad with empty spirituality...it's disheartening
I got disgusted honestly lol none of them should be instructors
Yess go ahead and spread hate over this beautiful practise. Be a victim
@@mysticc6232?? Keep it moving. Just scroll and focus on the beautiful practice.
Yea that made me mad
Why was Nathania blaming that guy for raising his hand, she also raised it?
"blame" you make it sound like she committed a horrific crime jeez
@@EpicBunty no she’s not bro what are you on 💀😭
@Nonaya Bidness she literally said “why did WE raise our hands” LMAO
They should have revealed what the two girls said to come up with their decision to vote out the mole and not the dude when it was down to the final 4.
I was kind of shocked since the one lady was coming for the guy every round so kudos to the black lady for not letting her lead them astray. Queen!
Nathania is the kind of person that I would vote out just to get rid of accuses
jess: i wanted to see her talk through it more
also jess: doesn’t say a word during hers
Jess: “ I wanted to see her talk through her flow”
Also Jess: doesn’t talk through her demonstration 😒”
Facts 💀
Was looking for this comment.
Nathania probably thought everyone was the mole lol.
LOL ikr, she exuded major gatekeeper energy
She really went after Leo half the time!
i knew jess was the mole when she responded by saying "u can name poses all day long" in response to him talking about vinyasa and hatha yoga which are TYPES of yoga not "yoga poses"
Typical that a white woman/white people doesn't anything about a POC cultural but still run their mouths like they are a gift to humanity rather than a colonizer.
Literally
that was the tell and nathania caught onto it. which is why she was kinda hurt because jess tried to emotionally tie herself to her. which is also why nathania made the shoe joke when they found out the mole. :)
Right, that part had me confused. I don’t like yoga at all and even I knew what those were.
Nathania teaches yoga. She’s every college yoga teacher in a nutshell lol
none of them teaches yoga. It's all whitewashed😂😂
@vinod sharma
the white people will start claiming it now
She is every *white yoga teacher
@vinod sharma Isn't that kind of racist? Like isn't yoga a philosophy? Are you saying a non indian can't do yoga?
@@silveryfeather208 yoga is an extremely spiritually and culturally specific practice. White people can absolutely do the movements and learn the words, but the spiritual connection isn’t there. It would be like being white and practicing voodoo. It comes from african spiritual practices, so if you’re not a descendant of Africans then it’ll be harder or even impossible to really connect with the spirits no matter how knowledgeable you are
you guys should do a “who is not an influencer” episode and bring in some small creators.
I think they did that. Just search it up
@@ifyouwantoreplyjustclickth5063 no they didn’t
Influencer doesn’t always equal creator
This has shown me how many people do yoga more performatively than spiritually
It's also made me wonder how they're gonna divvy up the cash after throwing it around everywhere 😂
the thrown money is prop money :D
@@Dddddeeeeee oh really? Sometimes the contestant will be walking away and they're like "do you want your money?" and they're like "oh yeah!" .. Probably just for show then. That makes sense
If I had a yoga class with Nathania, I’d be very annoyed by her. I’d throw hands🤷
but you haven't had a yoga class with her. you are just making up stories in your head based on a youtube video....
@@EpicBunty that’s kinda the point… judging her based off what we got in the vide
Ok i would be disappointed if I had any of these as my yoga teacher. Mine was such a calm young woman with so much knowledge and had to be certified by the only yogi master we have in Portugal, like she always explained why do each pose and each breath exercise, knew sanscript, and omg i miss her ahah
jess: "she wasn't talking while demonstrating her yoga"
also jess: *proceeds to do the same thing*
I love how Leo was one of the only ones to embody a yoga mindset - calm, confident and centred, but he was thought to be the mole the whole time.
you should do “who’s not a sneakerheard”
Not even a sneaker fan and would love to see this
I agree. They can bring me in as the mole. I don't care for sneakers at all.
I'm a student of Nathania and she's the kindest, most positive yoga teacher I've ever encountered in my life. She has an online yoga studio which has over 350 five-star reviews. Don't be too quick to judge someone based on a show that's created and edited for entertainment 🧡
I love how in each video, I'm seeing more and more things people are enthusiastic about. Like a very informative video about the different communities that exists.
Leo: “How do you know that’s half?” 11:52 🤣🤣🤣
He's asking the real important questions here 🤣
She said she wanted the girl to “talk through her flow”, but then she didn’t talk through hers?
Nathania is so annoying and condescending for someone who pretends to be so “chilled”
except she's not, you are just projecting, while she is just joking and having the time of her life.
@@EpicBunty ok?
Yeah she was annoying
@@EpicBuntyit's been over a year but you're defending her so hard I wouldn't be surprised you're actually her lol
Nathania is the, "But that's not vegan!" type 😂
The first question from the first woman was an example of someone who's knowledgable, but also elitist about yoga teaching. It's definitely the bread and butter about yoga, and we had to read the books about the Yamas and Niyamas as well as listen to a lecture about it during teacher training, but it's often not something people are coming to class to learn about in the average 60 minute session. I honestly cannot remember much off the top of my head about it, which is why I no longer teach yoga, and I'm happy I don't have to deal with people like this anymore.
It's a bit culturally insensitive to appropriate a practice and not put the bare minimum into understanding the meaning or the reasons, innit?
Yes every yoga instructor should know where the roots come from. I would have much rather heard questions regarding what type of yoga do they teach, how do you incorporate the limbs in, what motivates you to do better etc. Also it’s completely okay to just say “I don’t know” and practice honestly. Being honest and saying that you don’t know what the eight limbs are is a way better answer then shaming the other instructors for not knowing.
Jess seriously said “I would’ve liked to hear her talk more” and then didn’t say anything in her routine herself 💀💀
the fact that they didn't eliminate K'lynn even though all she did was shake her body 💀
Because those were yoga “poses” or “stretches “
I think they deliberately put K'lynn in there to throw people off cause a lot of people often think "big girls can't do yoga/be yoga instructors!"
We need Erin. She saidddd she was a yoga instructor, she would torture everyone
Idc if they would have known she was a Yoga instructer from the start, her presence would still make the game so much better
Jess: I took my first class in high school
Leo: her answer was unrealistic
Leo seconds later: I took my first class in high school
What an irony... a Yoga episode and no Indian!!🙂
Very stereotypical.
@vinod sharma the irony of BLM is that organization does not care about black lives therefore if I didn’t see a single black person I wouldn’t be surprised.
@@alexahernandez7430 it would have been a lot better
The very last answer was what gave it away. Yoga Instructors be chill af, they don't atk ppl like that.
Nathania explained her flow so simple I got up and did it for like 2 seconds lol
Uh oh. Did we just find our new Erin...Heyyy, Nathania :D
Uh
No
Erin jokes are getting old
I thought so in the beginning but she was actually pretty funny and charismatic imo
Naaahh, she was much better than Erin. Just playing the game
@@Salooi It's literally not a joke.
these ones that are about tangible skills end up being very fun to me! love watching the demos
“I kinda wanted to see her talk through it” proceeds to be quiet the whole time
jess: i kinda want to see her talk through her flow
also jess when its her turn: 😶😶😴
That's why she was so sad she got voted out, that sad walk was enough to make me cry😭
THANK you for implementing that new rule! I got so sick of seeing people vote out others just to get more money
"I also wanted to see her talk through her flow as well"
also her during her turn: 4:36
4:32 "i wanted to see her talk" proceeds to do a completely silent routine lol
For yoga being peaceful they all seem super judgy and mean💀
Jess: i wish she would have talked through it
Also Jess: doesn’t talk through anything 😂
“I’d also like to see her talk through as well” *doesn’t say a word when it’s her turn*
"How do you know that's half?"
Bruh 😂😂🤣🤣💀
I immediately knew Jess was the mole because at first she said she has done yoga for her entire life. THEN after she says that she was introdused to it in highschool?
This also would have been more fun if the mole was a “secret yoga hater.” Jess liked yoga and already came in with an appreciation for the instructors so there was no growth from her to learn to appreciate yoga more, and there was no reason for the other contestants to actually feel betrayed for trusting her for that long.
I love how Jess sits like a boss in the chair.
i mean if you're south asian you know all the instructors are pronouncing yoga wrong.
just the butchering of all the sanskrit words
I cringed so hard
Yep, terrible pronunciation
Haven't watched the video yet but the pronounciation doesn't matter as long as what they say seems meaningful, let's see
@@maya-cc2sx pronounciation does matter. If you've actually read/studied Sanskrit, you would know that even a dot or a horizontal line on top of a vowel (e.g. ā) changes the entire word
@@maya-cc2sx in sanskrit atleast pronounciation does matter, the words have very specific enunciations.
Nathania: I will do one-legged crow poses
Erin: That's not vegan
you guys should do odd one out but THEYRE ALL LIARS!!!! It would be so interesting to watch them all think that they’re the only mole!
jess when she got eliminated look like she was about to cry
“Yoga’s not vegan!” - Erin
she's a yoga teacher though lol
i wasn’t expecting the yoga people to be the aggressive cast of odd one out
I love how Jess said right before her turn in round 2 “I’d also like to see a lot more talking” but she didn’t talk on her turn 🤦♀️
Lmao I felt like all their energy was so off, maybe it was just me
Nathania is the most yoga-teacher yoga teacher I’ve ever seen,
if you know what I mean.
jess saying she wanted to see the other girl talk through her flow and proceeding to stay silent through her own flow
This is more like who is the better Yoga instructor? I have always wanted to do yoga. So if I ever do yoga, I will be able to choose better because of this video.
As a south Asian, these yoga instructors aren’t yoga instructors nor should they call themselves as such. They all seemed like they were moles. Cut couldve done much better in their selection.
