Yup, covered it in the video. It will change to expire on your next billing cycle.
@@yze4404 haha... covered that in the video too. :) If it's a trial, it should expire and not charge. If it's a purchase you've already been charged but it should not charge again once canceled. Hope that helps.

@Filip Dušek it’s because you can use it till it was meant to end so you can still use it till the day you were meant to pay again but once it’s been a year it won’t charge again
The fact that we need tutorials is ridiculous !
I totally agree. I wish I never had to make this tutorial but I got so frustrated that I finally did. If you can think of something else that is along these lines please let me know I'd be happy to put something together.

At this point I think you need to contact the developer directly and ask them if they would be willing to give you a refund. I don’t think there’s a way to automatically do it once you’re yearly service has started.

Hi Xmas Shecky, as long as you canceled, it should stay active until the end of your billing cycle at which point you should see that it goes to the expired. After several months and expired it will fall off.

Many times you can access a service on your iPhone so it seems like you should be able to cancel it from your iPhone, but you actually signed up using Amazon or Google or some other service provider (like direct from the app/service's website). If you didn't pay for it through the Apple Store, this won't work.

I accidentally clicked *"start free trial"* but with a pay button and it said *"transaction successful"* Does that mean that my money went away or will go away after trial? I went to settings and cancelled the subscription immediately however.
That's a tough one, but I would guess that you will see your money back if in fact, it went away. Let me know. I'd like to hear how this goes for you.

i removed my subscription but it says it’s expired, and i HAVE to wait 180 days😭 until it’s gone. whenever i wanna download more apps it says there’s a problem with a recent transaction.
I would guess that the issue is a current payment method, not the expired subscription for the app. Check for any outstanding charges or apps wanting to charge but can't. That is usually why accounts receive this message.
I cancel those subscriptions but It’s says ‘ verification require ‘ and they still appear in active
Sign into your Apple ID and then cancel. If after that it appears in active, you likely paid for the month. Next month it should move to expired.

Yup, the answer to that is in the video and the comments below. It will fall off to inactive (assuming you canceled it) once the period you already paid for is done. In the subscription world, you pay in advance of the service or app.

Why isn’t it there on my iPad
Hi there. Apple in all of their wisdom decided to move it in iOS 14. What do you need to do is go to the App Store click on your profile icon then click on manage subscriptions. You should see your screen that is the same as my video from there forward. Thank you for commenting and asking.

So I previously had an Apple Music account which expired so now I’m getting family sharing but it’s not letting me listen to music because I previously had it so what do I do?
Hi there. Thanks for asking this question because I had the same problem. Apparently when you cancel Apple Music it also removes the ability to play music from a library on your phone. I had an old iTunes library that got converted to Apple Music. The way I saw this is I simply reinstalled Apple Music but did not sign up for their paid account. Once I did this everything populated in my phone again and I had my old music back. I hope this helps please let me know how it goes.

Not sure. There are several things Apple uses to make sure it's you. Once you go through them, turn on your face recognition or touch ID and that fixed it for me. They still get me on every update but once I do that it seems to default to my touch id.
