🌬 Practicing today while it’s really stormy outside. Windy weather makes me uneasy, so I had a hard time to feel focused and grounded. But now at the end of the class I do feel significantly calmer. The storm seems to have settled down as well for now. Thank you very much for this wonderful practice! 🙏🏻❤️
You challenged slowly but surely, legs were burning! :D I usually like to do more flowing practices, but I think that this class came to me at the right time, some grounding calmed me. I also added more stretching to end this class. :) Thank you!
Thank you for your youtube videos. The pace is so good to do along. While doing the posture at 22.10 , the knee on the floor start hurting even though the knee is on the mat. Any solution for it ?
Hello, token guy here from what I can see. First I want to thank you for posting this excellent video: the practice is great, the setting is lovely and you are lovely and fun. I saw your post yesterday and it intrigued me so I decided to give it a try this morning. Everything went well, I enjoyed it and aside a few bits I found it easy going. HOWEVER, shortly after finishing the practice (loved the pranayama bit btw) I layed down to do some crunches and as i did I felt a slight quivering in my inner thighs as I flexed my knees to get in position. "That's interesting " I thought. I did my crunches and being intrigued I just layed on my mat with knees flexed. Then it started: my thighs and glutes begun to quiver and shake in waves! My lower body would shake for a while and then it would stop for a moment, then start again, at times I could feel it in my hip flexors. It wasn't unpleasant, it was strange and unexpected. I knew about TRE tension release so I wasn't worried that I might be having a seizure or anything, I just let it happen. The quivering and shaking went on for 15 minutes or so then it gradually stopped. After I have been feeling this ease, this lightness from my waist down that is very pleasant. A great experience that took me by surprise. Needless to say, I'll be trying this practice and others from your channel real soon. Again thank you very much and God bless you!

The jungle sounds almost made me feel like I was back at Selva with you! Felt so good to be back on my mat again. First practice since my surgery. Murphy freaked out at the pranayama of course. Lol
This was great, thank you! I have a padded mat, but I found that my fingers were pretty sore after all the propping up they were doing in the different poses. Any tips regarding that? Thanks again!
1luckychic88 you can/should use 2 blocks on either side of your leading (front) leg, as Allie showed you. Also, engage your arm muscles a little more by pulling them up and in.. Which will relieve much pressure on hands and wrists... 🙏✨Namaste!!
All of what Ashely said for sure!! Make sure you have full engagement in the arms, as well as in the shoulders (keeping them down and back) to create stability and get as much weight as possible off your wrists/hands. Blocks are absolutely perfect for helping as well!!
