What’s crazy is these are all bangers, but there are still SO MANY SONGS in this game that I love. Let me list a few: Both F-Zero tracks are great, and I LOVE the sax on Big Blue. I just LOVE the synth sounds and general hectic feel of Tick-Tock Clock. Mount Wario is of course an amazing 1 lap track, with really intense and uplifting music which I believe is dynamic to where you are in the track (not completely sure though) And what about the title theme? Getting Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U originally for my birthday was so amazing, the loading screen accompanying this absolute banger of a theme is amazing. And there’s cloudtop cruise, with the Mario galaxy music in there too, truly feels like an adventure. There’s Signapore Speedway, which has that rave feeling, a close third behind Vancouver and Berlin for the best tour track in the game in my opinion. And then there’s Dolphin Shoals. It takes the nice ambient underwater track (similar to piranha plant cove), and that would’ve been fine, but when you leave the water. THAT SAX. Probably the best Mario kart track of all time. There, I said it. Loved this video, would love to see more of this! You could use the tracks I told you about here if you’d like ideas. Cheers!
By far one of the best OSTs in the entire Mario franchise, made even better by the DLC tracks: Groovy, varied and grandiose, what's not to love? I could listen to it all day!
Vancouver Velocity’s music reminds me of the early 1990s house anthem Gypsy Woman, by Crystal Waters. I don’t think it was intentional but I like how Nintendo crafted a song that somewhat sounds like how house sounded throughout the 1990s.

I gotta say, the editing for this is just fantastic! Honestly hit me right in the feels with how much I love this game’s soundtrack
7:14 Makes me wish I was in Vancouver
That transition to Toad's turnpike into Neo Bowser city though
Ngl This is one of the hardest things I've ever seen (pause)
7:13 touch the sky
7:16 take flight
7:20 let the wisps be your guide
7:24 the train will be ride to life
All of this in one,so magnificent
If this video doesn’t have a million videos some day that will be a serious crime
The fact that this guy didn’t add Singapore Speedway to this is a crime!
Edit: In all seriousness, I love this video!

10:52 "When I first did this, I didn’t realise I'd be doing it when I'm 60!"

I think this is my first favorite video since I created my yt channel 12 years ago
Thank you so much for putting wii rainbow road and not 7 rainbow road because it is really overhyped and the wii one is another level
