Me too I hate rainy weather especially at night I don’t like thunder noises I get anxiety and depression from it thunderstorms are my biggest worst fear 😧 the truth is thunderstorms scares me a lot at night my mom has to sleep with me in bed for support it wasn’t safe for me to sleep alone during thunderstorms at night so my windows were closed I have two in my bedroom my bed shakes sometimes I only feel vibrating because I’m deaf and hard of hearing 🧏 so the rain lasted from 12 pm to 4 pm it wasn’t long but I’m ok 🙂 thank god 😬
Yeah I agree i started having fears of thunderstorms since age 20 it rained one time in 2020 at night my bed was shaking 🫨 you know the thunderstorm was heavy and yeah I got scared twice that night and my mom slept with me but I am ok I had music next to me to calm my anxiety down and the next day I feel better cause the rain passed it was long but it lasted around 4 am thunder sometimes woke me up eventually 🥰
