But now it has two parts:which are Ayurveda in sanskrit and other is ayurveda affiliated with modern medicine. Moreover, Ayurveda focusses on your body type,the type of your digestive system, and all those things and Ayurvedic medicines are believed to be far more effective in case of many diseases as compared to modern medicine. It is a very elaborate subject which cannot be explained here.
