Leeds - my in laws in U.K. have been investing properties there since the 90’s and made good money. North England still have plenty of good properties to invest if we do enough homework. I do agree what you said about checking on the background of the tenants, conditions of the properties and I also suggest building survey reports to be done as well. “Caveat Emptor”- I always remind all buyers and investors on this.

我比較了解澳洲,我先生係當地澳洲白人,這些細價apartments樓在澳洲最後分分鐘2手市場賣唔出好多伏位,蝕死多過賺,外國人一般無興趣住和買這些apartment 澳洲人要空間大和好怕高密度的地方,佢地好介意嘈,加佢地外國找裝修工人比香港貴好多而且d人做野又好慢,原材料又貴,裝修費蝕死,加佢地外國稅重,律師費,印花稅 ,transaction fees,capital gains tax 好多隱藏成本。澳洲人的祖先係英國人的監犯被移過去,所以澳洲人和英國人的想法應該大同小異。
如果你比較相熟澳洲,咁我又真係唔係太明白你講乜。我屋企80年代移民澳洲,多年投資不同類型物業包括apartments, 小心處理稅務 ( 我父親係稅務專家,我哥哥係律師, 我係澳洲當地認可產業測量師)這些物業租得好,升值好.

澳洲人祖先不是英國人,而是當地土著。80年代從香港移民過澳洲,頭幾個星期上堂,學校已經在歷史堂講得好清楚。
我太太70年代已由香港移民到英國,我本人從事英國和澳洲物業超過28年,我對主持的分析有些要點也認同,例如盡量了解內物業內在的情況。

重點是因為你從事這些apartment 物業生意我明的講左唔啱你聽的野,確實係有真實例子買左apartment 蝕錢的買家wo... 你係這傍大的商業集團賺小市民特別外國的投資者血汗錢的開發地產商我都明的背後傍大的利潤。最後個段都好好笑抵毀完人地原來是賣廣告叫人幫陳你,阿生澳洲人較喜歡住house,,townhouse 和house 係較受澳洲當地人喜歡多些,升值得好些,我大部份親朋好友都係買house 的,無咪人好想買 apartment。 至於祖先我講緊澳洲的白人,唔係講土著你拉開左話題了。鬆仔就老實人,都係按真實情況去講。
做人要賺到錢有好多方法,唔一定要用下流手段,靠踐踏人而博出位的。
