    (SPEECH)
    From a seated position, have your arms at your sides.
    With your next inhale, bring your hands behind your head with your elbows wide pointing away from your ears.
    Take a full breath in and out. With the next exhale, tuck your chin and round your spine bringing your elbows to come toward each other as you look towards the ground.
    As you inhale, lift your chin and round your back, sit back up pushing your chest outwards and allowing your elbows to widen as you look towards the sky.
    Repeat this movement three more times.

    Sit it back up right placing your hands in your legs and take one final full breath in and out.
