Typically, steroids of ANY sort (i.e. including those in anti-inflammatory drugs) TEND to attack cartilage (i.e. tendons) and various connective tissues, and MANY TIMES attack/damage parts of the Heart and it's outer lining AND the Heart Valves themselves which would manifest in Heart Attacks and other cardio-pulmonary symptoms such as blood clots.
Plus any use of stimulant drugs such as Cocaine and/or Amphetamines would ALSO damage heart tissue over long periods of time.
After all that, it's a wonder he is still alive!

One thing I have learned over the years is that you TYPICALLY have one of two reactions to extreme stress events. Run Like Hell to Immediate Cover OR Go straight into the action and shoot back HARD AND FAST! And I know PLENTY of persons who actually fight back even at full risk of immediate death and barge full-on right into a huge fire-fight!
Suspiciously though, I would have thought as an EX-military guy that he would be concealed carry and ARMED TO THE TEETH all day and every day!
All the guys I know in that area of work, TEND to carry multiple weapons i.e. two guns and two knives plus a portable and compact EDC (Every Day Carry kit) which is used for any arising emergency. I am very surprised that he did NOT have anything with him during the events in Las Vegas that he purports to be part of or witnessed!

Some BUD/S inductees who passed initiation but were dropped during the actual SEAL training regimen can SIDE-SLIDE into something like combat diver, SAR (Search and Rescue) or into an active combat communications or first-responder / medic detachment if an officer feels they might do better in that area OTHERWISE upon force-out or dropout, you will be going back to your original Naval Unit onboard a ship or at a base or in your chosen non-SEAL profession.

I'm guessing he flunked out of SEALs at the psych eval part. It's a super vigorous psych evaluation apparently and it wouldn't surprise me if he failed it. If he even did get through to that part.

I'm 100% certain I've heard this was the case and in fact it would be far-fetched to believe otherwise. He should have just joined the Army and become a ranger. That's not shade on the Army, it's just a fact that the psych evals for all other branches are far more stringent. Army Ranger is the attainable goal for sociopaths who are in it to kill legally (and get paid.)
(I also want to add for people who didn't grow up surrounded by the military that him being in the Navy at one point does *not* mean he wasn't given administrative discharge for psychiatric reasons. My ex was discharged from the Navy for depression after a couple years [still got GI bill so honestly not a bad deal?!] A SEAL is held to higher standards of course.)

There are private high stakes games held almost every day of the week, with invite only. It’s how most of them make a living, it is their job to play, and play well.

Navy sailor here! So Dan went in and completed boot camp (not too hard) then went on the pre buds and then to actual buds training. Apparently he made it quite far but hurt his foot (leg?) and was removed from buds and taken to the fleet. After he was in the fleet for a while apparently he was about to be medically discharged but according to him, he went to the commanding officer and convinced him to send him back to buds. Idk how his little E2 or E3 self convinced a literal commanding officer to send him back to buds instead of being medically discharged so I’m calling bs on that part. Anyways, Dans personality does not fit into the seals at all. The seals are the type of guys that don’t brag about being a seal, they are very down to earth, and look like every one else in the navy (besides a select few). So if Dan did go to buds a second time like he claims, I’m not surprised that he never made all the way through. And him claiming to basically be a navy seal is incredibly disrespectful to the actual navy seals who risk their lives and work incredibly hard everyday.
I know a navy seal and hang out in his group sometimes that had other seals in it, and the whole time I'm watching this I'm thinking about my friend and how he and his friends are nothing like this guy. Lol so I was wondering if this guy was lying about being a seal. Then I thought, surely nobody would be stupid enough to lie about being a seal. 🤨 Then I heard him say he's a cop.. which has to be a lie. Lol I was like oh wow. I bet he isn't a cop or a seal. So that's completely disgusting to me. My brother is a sniper and my son is going to sniper school next year. We don't have seals in our family, but we have snipers. And they would never behave like that.
I second this, my best friends dad is a Seal and is the most humble and sweet man I’ve ever met in my life. Never once in 17 years have I heard him brag once or ever speak like Dan does about the Navy. Normally if you’ve truly accomplished such a feat and are such a well respected person, you don’t need to constantly brag and bring attention to it every chance you get 🙃
