Thanks!!! This villa is in phase 8 so short walk to water park and restaurant. HOA is $340 water and gas are additional. Water is $39 and propane is as you use it.

Good job , Cool . It seems that your camera Lens is not clean , it look fugy . Maybe fingerprints on your cell phone Lens or it's because of the humidity ?

It’s just an iPhone - but you’re right I just looked again, it must be smudges on the lens. Thanks for the heads up.
I’m definitely no pro with video (real estate is more my thing which is why I keep it simple 😉) but I did just buy those “hairy” clip on microphones to reduce wind so I’m going to try those out.
