Also, Electrocute was nerfed in its damage, so it barely scales outside lane and only on your first target. Also, also, Katarina can proc Conqueror so quickly with a basic combo, she doesn't really need Electrocute for burst. Full stacked Conqueror on her can be quite bursty. Also x3, Conqueror healing gives you sustain to keep you alive that extra half second you might need to get a reset in a close fight (though she played so well with her Zhonyas that almost never happened). Lastly, the bonus AP off Conqueror has scalings on all the items.
