Tuning idea for mobility scooter: swap the engine with one from a 125 cc two stroke
it will be two stroke swapped for sure!
You should have wired some Christmas lights to the power output of that Tomos. Make them shine brighter when you rev it up. Merry Christmas!

as far as I know, they get clean and you have to lubricate them again
