I’m always interested in what other people eat in different parts of the world, especially during winter months (I’m from a landlocked province in Canada, so we get some cold and snowy winters with few good items for produce). Really loving the relaxing opening shots too. Much love to you, Christoffer and Grim!!!
We're having an interesting time of it with what we will be eating this winter in the UK! We have massive issues with a shortage of people to drive our lorries. There are warnings of possible shortages of Christmas food. The 48% of British people who voted in the referendum to remain in the European Union are very unimpressed.
I think in a year of watching that is definitely the most Christoffer has ever spoken. Cooking is definitely him in his zone. Thanks guys for sharing your cosy day.

Well done Christoffer! I am a chef for my living, and I applaud anyone who has the type of talent you showed in this video. Not a bunch of meaningless chatter, but some damn good tips at preparing butter-fried cod with pan seared green beans and pureed cauliflower. What an excellent meal!

My favorite cod I cook with breadcrumbs sprinkled on top of cod then add shaved almonds on top. Bake in oven until done crumbs and almonds are a little toasty. Great with lemon salt ,pepper or butter. Delicious!!!

In Newfoundland Canada we love our pan fried cod. If you ever get a chance to visit Newfoundland (which I think you and Christopher would LOVE it) you must be screeched in. It's a tradition to "kiss the cod" 😃

Christopher does so much better in front of the camera than I do, I get so flustered and nervous. That machine is amazing!!!! I was impressed that it steams and fries and makes dough and mixes, but when he said "ferments", I gasped, lol. I want to make pickles and kimchi and giardiniera so badly but I don't want a pile of jars fermenting on my counter for days (I live in Puerto Rico, I can just imagine the ants that would attract). I am on a keto diet for diabetes and I cook a lot of meat in butter, but I've never fried fish in butter. Sounds absolutely amazing and I will have to try that soon. The entire meal looked fabulous and healthy and I'd want to eat it every day! I hope Grim got some more fish once it cooled.

Every Good Friday my late Mum used to make a Napoli sauce first and then she would flour the COD pieces and shallow fry them and put them in a baking dish with par cooked thick cut potatoes ,Kalamata olives ,salt /pepper and bake it for around 30-40 mins omgggg it is to die for served with a crisp cos lettuce salad with white onion,tomato ,olive oil and salt and served with crusty Italian bread!

I like that machine blender thing it's quite the unique all in 1 it's called the Thermomix TM6 by Vorwerk and here in Canada it costs after taxes close to $2500 !!!! WOWOWOWOW expensive.

It's so cute how Christoffer humors you, no matter what you do. His cooking demonstration was great - I might try the same method with salmon. I always brown it and add teriyaki sauce, but the coating looks good, too. I missed his joke about the "precious part." It must have been good.😬
