Location is nice reminds me of a smart home community everything at your reach but your paying basically for location, the home is nothing spectacular for the price. I look at small details no vaulted ceilings no fireplaces entering the home at that price point the patio furniture even staging it’s dirty and scratched up tells you the upkeep of the home. You think the owners or agent would have suggested to move it! I have seen way prettier for the price point and not sharing walls. I prefer a stand alone home for privacy some out door space at that price point in some homes outdoor patio barque area a small pool of your own or place to put one. It’s according to your life style and again nice location but I don’t live inside location.

Yes.. with homes in Avalon you paying for the awesome location. The great restaurants and shopping. I love hanging out there on the weekends.
