I was one of those people who started tracking you at the 1/3 level. Started out following Brad. Found Ethan which led me to you. Even at the beginning, there was something about you that drew me in. Your energy. Analytics. Something. Anyways. I find your journey truly amazing. Where it began to where it is today. You are many levels beyond what I would have guessed. Am very happy and proud for what you are accomplishing. I hope you continue to succeed in your poker journey. Keep up the good work!
Fransisco was the MVP this game. Not only did he get stacked over 100k but nearly came back to even and all with the most class. No wonder they call him the Pro, dudes got heart.
I rewatched the hand with Nic Airball a bunch of times, and I'm not sure what Nic was thinking.... Kudos to you for giving back his last bet, as most other players wouldn't do that. On the other hand, great job for not giving up. I feel for Nic since I would have likely done something like that. hehehe... Congrats on getting quad 4s!!!! Great job Mariano.
You blurred out the WPT logo in the corner, but every time they show the board, there is a big WPT GLOBAL right in your face. WPT is sitting there thinking, "Check mate" 😂
The hand A6s, that starts around 12:00, why does Mariano say on the turn that it's unlikely he'd have an Ace? He is +1 in this hand, so it's likely he got into the hand with something good, no?
You couldn’t stake me money to play with Alec tortilla. Ever since he angled and then tried denying it! I’m shocked he didn’t have more 5k chips under his stack when you doubled him up 🤦♂️
I would love to play on Club GG but its impossible to sign up on.. I dont know if its just not offered in Arizona or if somethings wrong with it unfortunately.. anyways another great vid dude
@@MarianoPoker I know lol, but it was a very high level and interesting hand so I was like: Maybe, just mayyyybe, he'll make an exeption since he was there watching the hand unfold before his eyes ? 😅😄😄 But all good haha, thanks for the great content !
Watched your vlog started out in desert playing 1-3 blind and was very impressed with your game back then. You had a lot of leaks but here you are now playing the nose bleed game. Nice 👍🏼
How do you get guys to hero call a massive raise when they have second pair on that board, with 5 players to the flop, and 3 players to the turn?? Mariano the wizard 🧙♂️
I honestly dont understand how you dare playing on that stream... Nick and Ryan seems shady (to say the least), they dont want to make the precautions that could prevent any cheating and that a big red flag also... For sure they have horses and I would say Airball is a strong candidate... Just saying ! Thx for some great videos and GL mr sun run :D
It's extremely difficult to watch cash game players. They play so many bad starting hands, later try to justify playing those hands by throwing around terms and phrases like "value" and "pushing equity", and then they make horrendous plays like the $4,500 raise at 5:45 here with two pair on a board that has an up and down straight draw. It's no accident that cash players generally struggle immensely with tournaments. I think they are unhealthily addicted to card games, which is why they don't mind going through upswings and downswings for years.
@@joshdavis6717 $350,000 is not a lot, and you're only considering his known winnings, not what he's lost in private sessions. Also, if this is his style of play, he won't be fine because he refuses to fold if he gets a decent piece of the board or if he's committed himself to bluffing pre-flop.
@@RobbieStacks90 he just showed you 10 hands out of an 11 hour session. My point is that check raising a 4 to a straight board is not a great idea in a tourney with 25bbs, but there IS some merit to it when you’re 200+ bbs deep. It’s a different game
Stick to min cashing tournaments buddy, you’d get absolutely destroyed through exploits by any half decent cash player. Try playing only premiums for 5 hours at the table, and then getting either no action or stacked for 200bbs against sets, straights, and flushes
I remember Mike X beating himself up for that call. Instead I would focus on how well he played the turn against you. Pot control that led to a small river bet. Lost the absolute min. As per the river, east call
Although one of my recent comments complained about "How can a $2/$5 player related to your high stakes content?". Well, seeing a lot of your polarized bets --- some for value and some as bluffs, helped me yesterday. I check called a $770 river all-in shove into a $510 pot. I called with Kc-5c to this board (6c-6h-Ah-Jc-9d). That's right, no pair and KING HIGH!! Thanks Mariano!
Nice call! I’m curious what was the action preflop flop and turn and what type of player made you call this? Regardless it’s a boss move for sure. Wp sir
Interesting combo to call with. Sure, you don't block missed hearts, but you basically block any backdoor clubs he's going to have that he's turning into a bluff as well. A x of Clubs doesn't need to bluff as it's too pair so that club is irrelevant. You have the K of Clubs is really bad. Really only leaves Q10 of Clubs as a backdoor bluff he could have as the Jc is up there. Be interested to hear what he had. Q10 of Hearts? 10 8 of Hearts? 45 Hearts? Not too many hands K high beats. I'd rather have the other 2 combos of K5s to call with here (the diamond and spade varieties) either way nice call. What did villain have?
Nice hand brother! Mariano where are you from, if you don't mind telling me. Of I am Hispanic, I just wanted to know because you sound that you are Hispanic just like, and by the way it is nothing wrong being a Hispanic person like me, but you know, I just want to know.

marianos the new robbi, giving away 5k to airball like its nothing
Nothing but love bro. Really
Enjoyed the move in with quads, looks so bluffy. Especially after you’ve been caught a few times in the same session. 🎉
u finally got him back after the 4 to a flush pot , QQ vs AK vs AK, that was a heartbreaker. good to see u get action w the nuts
The hand A6s, that starts around 12:00, why does Mariano say on the turn that it's unlikely he'd have an Ace? He is +1 in this hand, so it's likely he got into the hand with something good, no?
I'm assuming because he has one so it makes it less likely his opponent will have one.
@@speakinfaxonly21 he says "I would almost never have an Ace...". He is not talking about his opponent.

Meant T8 suited * oops
