It slow as hell and easily punishable that’s why the more you play and the better you get the sooner you’ll realise that bigger hitboxes aren’t always better things like recovery frame, force, start up frames and active frames matter a lot more most of the time
GS groundpound is too slow, spear is OK, the best groundpounds IMO are gaunts (broken) followed by scythe and bow. Bow GP has insane force and extremely low commitment, and gaunts/scythe also have low commitment GPs with unique mechanics that make them really easy to hit.
