One of my kitties also waits for me to give permission to eat. Never taught him that, the other two can't wait to dive in as soon as the plate is on the floor but lil Kimi not so. He just looks at me and waits for me to move him in front of the bowl, and if i leave the kitchen immediately, he will stop eating. I have to stay until he's really properly getting in to it. He's a black little rescue kittie , had been very badly treated and had his tail cut off in a horrible way. He's just the most grateful little guy i have ever had the pleasure of being mummy to. He thanks me for everything all the time. Love him so much 😻💋❤

What a beautiful and touching story❤️ Thank you for sharing it. Cats truly have a way of surprising us with their unique behaviors, and they’re such incredible beings who deserve all the love and care in the world. It’s heartbreaking to hear what Kimi went through and so incredibly moving to see how much love and gratitude he can still offer despite the terrible experiences he endured❤️‍🩹 It’s so heartwarming to know he now has someone like you who gives him the love and safety he deserves. You’re amazing, and he’s so lucky to have you. Stories like this remind us how special our bond with animals can be!🐈‍⬛

Cats may seem aloof, but their actions often speak volumes. 😺

0:30 If you see one of your cats trying to bite the spine of another, STOP IT! This is how they kill their prey/enemy, it is NOT playing.

I personally never knew this! Thanks for sharing this important information and spreading awareness about what could easily be misinterpreted cat behavior.

So very true. Some cats have really sudden flash primal instincts out of the blue. One of my cats is friendly and loving as anything but sometimes when my three cats are playing together and i am not observing, one will suddenly in mid friendly play attack one of the others and bite their back like mad, pinning them in place until hairs go flying. He's the biggest one of them too and he clearly knows his own strength. But he will never do it as long as my eyes are on him, he'll glance up at me sometimes to see if i am observing. I have had cats basically all my life (i'm 60) and the only way i teach my cats is by taking on the role of their mother from the get go. I always teach and move them by grabbing the skin of the neck like their mothers. There's plenty of it and it does not hurt the cat. ( You OBVIOUSLY do not lift them up like that anymore when they are grown up and heavy but you can still move the cat by the neck and when a cat learns from the start that being moved by the neck means no, they'll soon enough want to start avoiding it and change their patterns of behavior. Cats always do as they want, cat lovers know that but in order to maintain every cat personality safe and not hurting others, you still have to always maintain your MOTHER position with them and always be the boss.
Lots of Love to all cat hoomans out there.

Most of the cats on here are so adorable, however, the ones where the people are scarring them, I absolutely hate.
