Indeed it's a luxurious hotel in Pakistan but plz don't call it worlds most luxurious as it's not even close to what hotels like Mandrin Oriental or Ritz Carlton offer

First impression is the last impression.....the guy standing at the front office can very easily be replaced by a student of English medium school because his spoken English and pronunciation is pathetic, if the customer is talking in Urdu then he should have been talking in the same language still he preferred to talk in English but later on his quota of English fizzled out...... the InCharge of hiring personnels should be fired at once because of his stinking choice.......this is not a small thing....foreigners would be staying here soon and we would be sending a very bad message outside Pakistan.
Actually it's not a very technical job. Maybe the student you are talking about, he becomes any engineer or doctor and goes out of country to make good fortune. Here he can only remain as a receptionist. It's end of career. In addition, the guy was perfect for this job. He may have family and kids at home waiting for food and other things. So for me, it's very good. Let him manage his duty and you should focus on yourself.
