I'm a mental health worker . I have the opportunity to go into the county jail and teach a class to female inmates. I teach mental health and scripture together. Some church people look down on it .

Those who look down on your work with inmates I wonder what Heaven do they plan to enter. JESUS CHRIST mentioned he was in prison & someone came to visit him. Church ppl need to go with u & help win souls. I grew up around church ppl who were Hell bound!!!
Keep doing what you are doing because the Lord is using you. Others will criticize you because they don’t understand. This is more than a job, this is kingdom assignment!. I’m also in the mental health field and I have worked in the federal prison system with inmates in serious mental health need. In my present job I witnessed a complete turnaround of a 7 years old boy with several mental diagnosis, the parents and school didn’t know what else to do with him. Meds were helping some but it wasn’t until 1 day I prayed over his life and prophesied a different future than what people were saying about him. This boy is not on medication anymore, all of his grades increased to A’s and for the first time he passed his SAT test with flying colors and he requested to joined his local church to learn to play the guitar. The word of God needs to be part of the deliverance, healing and restoration process of the mind. All glory to Jesus!
@@rosalysmartinez2153 I understand u! I & my son both have psychosis. We both gave our lives to The LORD! GOD'S Grace has been so good to us. Neither one of us take meds. We just know right from wrong. Some of voices are evil spirits trying get us to do stupid & evil things. They pretend to be from GOD. He & I both read the Bible & like JESUS said get the behind us satan. Keep up the great work! GOD Bless U!!!
