Sausage Gravy and Hashbrown Breakfast!

    My husband's grandma taught him how to make sausage gravy when he was just a boy. He makes it for us sometimes - in fact, he made it the day after Thanksgiving. He adds a "secret" ingredient which is a shot of strong dark coffee. We always have ours over biscuits (because we're from the South), but I love the idea of hashbrowns! Looks so yummy!
