I'm honestly shocked at the parent's reaction. They should've taken proper measurements. Instead they're blaming their daughter for rude behavior????? That's pathetic. She's gone through trauma and they have failed as a parent.
So I know a story very similar to this. One of my college friend ones told me that she was raped for 4 years continuously. I was in such shock. But what more shocking is the rapist was non other then her own brother. I just couldn’t believe it until I saw her mother behaviour towards her. Her mother use to feel disgusted about her and she use to act so weirdly just she don’t like her own daughter. She told that she was 6 years old when that incident happened and it continued for 4 years. She was too little to understand and her brother was too big. She could not even fight back. She told her parents when she realise it’s wrong but her parents said “it’s all your fault and you lost your respect” like seriously what kind of mentality is that. I just could not believe this. That there are such people out there. And yeah now her brother live in another house married and had a daughter but she died. My friend said thats because I use to curse him and he don’t even deserve a daughter.

This same thing happened with me also I was 14 years old and one day my uncle (my father's brother) tried to harass me first I was so shocked that the person I relied on and loved and gave the place of a Father how could he do this to me he tried to touch me and as an girl I felt uncomfortable than somehow I ran from there and cried then after 3 months I decided to tell my aunty and my grandma bcz my mom doesn't live with me my grandma believed but she didn't did anything and others in my house also know but noone is doing anything against him and my aunt thinks im lying i also cried and obviously any one in this age will be traumatic by these things I have never ever imagined that in my dream that he will do something like this we girls are not even safe in our house and sadly noone takes action and believes on us

I'm beyond disgusted but not surprised because it happense around us and we can't do anything about it because apparently males of the family are always more respected and valuable than females of the same family. Most of our parents do planty of injustice among sons and daughters, keep daughters as inferior being and less concerned about. whather it about basic needs and wishes or such cases.
I remember there was a reported case of elder brother kept raping his little sister for years and when family found her pregnant in really small age then things disclosed. Case was filed somehow but after few days he was released and went home back with the pardon of parents.
There are multiple cases that have filed and infinite numbers of cases that went unregistered.
But i have a question. Will thses parents be held accountable for the injustice among their children? If yes then why we don't hear these kind of warning for parents by scholars? Who are more focused on how children will be punished in this world and hereafter for being rude with parents...
At the end i don't know what to suggest the victim here. If you can read it love then my prayers are with you. Just stay stong and keep in mind that your whole family is guilty and will be held accountable in Almighty's court insha'Allah. Don't keep any doubt in your mind regarding this. And just try to focus on your career and self growth and build really really strong relationships with Allah... Your creator.... These are the only key of the freedom for you.

About question related to cutting relation with brother, According to The Quran from surah NUH, Allah SWT tells NUH (Asw) that his son who is not coming with him to arch is not part of his family anymore which means if your brother is violating the rules and committing major crimes against religion and harming the other ppl and relationships around him and society then he is not among you and you have a right it be at safe distance from him and right to cut ties with him completely. This is short answer and not detailed one.

If I are reading this. After listening to this story. Chills went through my spine. May Allah protect you from every evil of the world. This is no doubt a hard time. Much harder then any of us can ever have. But the best advice my sister that I can give is be close to Allah. I know the exact moments where I was left hopeless. I had severe depression and adhd. But no one took me seriously. And then I turned to Allah and alhamdulillah I am better than ever. All I can say from my experience is that even my problems are very small compared to you.
