I really relate to what you are saying and my biggest step was to start being around the person who makes me feel happy and loved and that for me was my sister.The worst thing for me is to isolate myself with my self hate thoughts and to then pretend to those who love me that I'm happy. My anxiety level gets so high at times that I feel like I might pass out. Very frightening to say the least. This calming music helps but I don't understand why I have such high levels of anxiety. People will probably say it's you causing all your anxiety but if that was true I can't seem to understand which thoughts were causing it for if I knew then possibly I could work on correcting it. Beautiful music non the less.
when you cannot control it you need help. Durgs is one option (i.e. medicines), another one is getting onto some mindfulness/meditation presential program (presential = not online, not podcast, etc). Try to practice yoga or some sport. Get people around you, enroll yourself on a group that makes something outdoors (trekking, biking, whatever). Action yourseldf Try to look inside and find the source of your anxiety, there's a reason for it and it is inside you, something inside your head that keeps you fearful, insecure, little.
