Generic answer anyone can become a data analyst, but after 10 years of experience in civil practically they won't consider your profile because of two reason : you don't have experience in data analytics domain, and they need to pay for 10 year experience which no company will take risk and spend that much of fund. This is my opinion but there are rare chances u can get a job , course have nothing to do with, u need skills

For data science u can opt for computer science / statistics but i prefer computer science degree and learn maths parallely

SQL is enough to get database related jobs, power bi will not help you if you don't have skills like excel, python, understanding of business ( business intelligence), data cleansing and all, but SQL alone can get you fresher jobs for sure.
