If you look at the attack spawn point for Dorado, there is a capsule in the middle of the field that belongs to space ranger, and it matches the teaser.
The report system is broken and should be removed entirely (for abusive chat at least). They have a filter, blocking system, avoid system, and a mute system. If you still somehow think this isn't enough for you, then you shouldn't be interacting with other people (aka turn off your chat). All this report system does is kill all aspects of socializing on the off chance someone says something stupid (which you can just ignore/mute like any other functioning adult).
Its not the report system that is broken its the punishments given. For VC and Text Chat violations, the account should simply be muted for a certain amount of time or permanently if its a repeated offender. No reason to ban someone for something they type when simply disabling their comms would do the trick. The other thing is that a LOT of the "chat bans" you see are false and made up. Yes people have gotten banned for things they've said but it tends to be closer to consistent bullying and harassing and not just typing a curse word. I've typed my fair share of curse words and talked trash and have yet to see any form of punishment in my 8+ years of OW. Its more that some people will go out of their way to harass someone and blizzard takes that much more seriously and why some legit bans (even though I think it should be a mute instead) have had proofs that seem lame and underwhelming. I have never even been warned about being reported until the report system was exposed in ow2. I never even touch areas like race or political topics because I know what the average ow player is likely to be even though racial epithets were espoused against me. I reported that person and of course got no response about action being taken. Please tell me again the system is fine. People report whoever they don't like, even if they start the shit to begin with. People literally message me outside the game instead of in game to avoid the punishments for it. Not to mention that cursing shouldn't be bannable in the first place if they have an entire filter designed to stop it. The kids aren't alright

Hate to be that Mercy main, but "GA is a 1.5 second cooldown (Note 1)" 1: starting from when GA is elapsed (Note 2) which can be at most a 1.5 second duration, so you are able to activate GA every 1.5 to 3.0 seconds. 2: unless using slingshot or superjump in which case the cooldown has a additional 1.0 second duration from the end of the GA duration. So with movement tech, you are able to GA every 2.5 to 4.0 seconds. So that people stop saying Mercy is broken for being able to dash around every 1.5 seconds and that we complain even though they supposedly reverted her cooldown to OW1.
